 Provide end user technical support via telephone and email
requests from users. Pro-actively provide to users on progress of

 Raise IT incident and request tickets on behalf of end users. Escalate
support tickets as required. Communicate with end users to ensure
satisfactory closing of incident and request tickets.
 Perform daily checks on the KPOC data centre and business critical
application systems. Report to the Infrastructure team on any
questions on issues
 Assist with processing new team member requests and providing
security access cards.
 Assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory
of hardware and software and assist the Finance in asset tagging
and verification exercise.

 Undertake such other work as may be assigned which is consistent

Qualifications : Students pursuing undergraduate degree in higher
learning institutions, either in Malaysia or overseas in any disciplines
where industrial training is a mandatory part of course completion
(preference will be given to third and final year students)
CGPA : A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 or
equivalent grading.
