Your wedding at an oasis of languid elegance P L A N N I N G Y O U R W E D D I N G AT A N NA B E L L E FORMALITIES CIVIL WEDDING To legally marry in Cyprus you must provide the following: • Passports • Aff idavit letters for each person (Proof of single status) • Copies of two witnesses’ passports, showing name & passport numbers. Witnesses must be over 18. IF APPLICABLE • Divorce certif icate / Decree absolute – this must be an original copy with an apostille stamp on it • Death certif icate – if widowed • For any person under 21 years of age, written signed permission from their parents is required. • Baptism certif icates (for Church weddings only). P L A N N I N G Y O U R W E D D I N G AT A N NA B E L L E I M P O R TA N T N O T E S *The above papers must be sent to the hotel wedding planner a month before the wedding date so as to check them with the Town Hall before the couple’s arrival. *You will need to be in Cyprus at least two working days prior to your wedding in order to submit the necessary paperwork to the Town Hall / church for your wedding. *Civil weddings can be arranged during week days between 3 – 6pm. *The Town Hall i s open between 8:30 – 10am Monday to Fridays, in order to submit the necessary paperwork. No appointments are required. *The civil ceremony lasts ten minutes and the couple is given one certif icate. If the couple request an extra civil certif icate, then an additional fee of €15 is required. *A minimum stay of two nights is required in order to hold your wedding at Annabelle *To hold your wedding ceremony at the Annabelle, you must also hold your wedding reception here. *We only hold one wedding / wedding reception per day on the hotel premises. F E E I N F O R M AT I O N BOOKING DEPOSIT €500 A non-refundable deposit of €500 is payable to Annabelle upon conf irmation from the Town Hall. This will secure your booking and the date with the hotel. TOWN HALL FEES €631.92 This is the total fee payable directly to the Town Hall for your marriage licence and registrar’s fees. The Town Hall accepts cash or credit cards. WEDDING COORDINATION FEE €100 Our dedicated wedding team approaches each wedding as though it is their own, pouring heart and soul into personalizing and perfecting every minute detail. We will arrange everything, from your flowers to entertainment and the photographer, allowing you to relax in the knowledge that your wedding day will be as perfect as you always dreamed it would be. WEDDING VENUE FEE A fee of €550 applies for setting up exclusively the venue area of your ceremony, cocktail and wedding meal. This applies for Asteras Deck for the ceremony and / or drinks reception WITH OUR COMPLIMENTS * Honeymoon breakfast on the morning after the wedding * Candlelit dinner for two in our f ine dining restaurant * 10% discount on all pre-booked Spa treatments and Mediterraneo Tavern for the wedding meal. * Room upgrade to a higher category room, subject to availability upon check-in. WEDDING RECEPTION ONLY FEE *Day use room for the preparation of the bride and groom on the day of the wedding, subject to availability. €450 If you hold your ceremony in any of the local churches (eg Ayia Kyriaki church for Catholic ceremonies) and wish only to have the cocktail reception and meal hosted in our hotel then a venue fee of €450 will apply. This fee is for the setting up the area and exclusivity. WEDDING DAY EXTRAS We can assist with all arrangements from the cake and flowers to the music and photographer. All you need to do is smile for the camera! ENTERTAINMENT Our Resident DJ can play music from the 1930’s up to the latest hits according to your preference. A form will be sent to you in advance so that you can create * 20 white chair covers your own playlist for the evening. * Red carpet 3 hours from €350 * Ceremony table with white linen * A flower arrangement with seasonal cream/white flowers for the r egister table * One bottle of local sparkling wine for the couple for toast A harpist or pianist to escort you down the aisle and create a romantic atmosphere for your cocktail reception. 2 hours for €250 ENTERTAINMENT Cypriot dancers to give some local flair during your party, as well as a surprise show. (2 – 3 dancers with background CD music) One hour show €320 Bouzouki players, live bands and much more can be arranged according to your wishes.
