Good day ForeverGreen Distributors!
I have had the GREAT honor or working with, and getting to know many of you over the
past 5 years since the launch of FREQUENSEA ™ in 2005! My family would have never
dreamt that the trials we were faced with in loosing a dear loved-one in 2004 would take a
drastic turn, and lead my father Tom Harper down a path that would offer the world the
most beautiful and precious gift Mother Nature has to offer.
I have conducted many training seminars with ForeverGreen distributors possessing a
thirst for knowledge (no pun intended!) on the extraordinary benefits of FREQUENSEA ™
with Marine Phytoplankton. As the request for trainings increased, I was approached by a
team of ForeverGreen leaders asking me to prepare a Power Point presentation that they
could use to not only train their down-line, but educate the public when the opportunities
presented themselves. I would like to thank Harvey and Kathy for this suggestion, and offer
this tool for you all to benefit from!
A few of the wonderful opportunities we all share in building our ForeverGreen businesses
are that we build it at our own pace, choose the people we want to work with, and promote
products that hold a special place in our hearts. We all know that when we do what we
love, and promote from the heart, the opportunities are endless! With that said, consuming
FREQUENSEA ™ with Marine Phytoplankton and understanding the benefits are very
new concepts for many people. There are such divine properties within these beautiful
microscopic plants, and the way in which Phytoplankton came to us through my father’s
technology is unique unto itself. Your personal experiences with FREQUENSEA ™ are
also unique! The information now available to you in this power point allows for everyone
to attain and convey the same information, however, always remember to adapt YOUR
presentation to YOUR personality.

Thank you very much for providing me with the opportunity of introducing to you the world’s oldest
buoyant food source from our ocean, yet the newest whole food supplement available for mankind. This
may or may not be the first time you have heard of FREQUENSEA ™ with Marine Phytoplankton, and I’m
looking forward to sharing this exciting new product with you! By the end of my presentation, you will have
a much better understanding of these amazing microscopic marine plants and how FREQUENSEA ™ can
greatly contribute to your overall health.

Until recent discoveries in the marine aquaculture industry, specific nutrient rich blends of WILD
Marine Phytoplankton were unattainable within the marketplace in large sustainable quantities. Tom
Harper, an Aquaculture Engineer Specialist and owner operator of Unique Sea Farms research
facility on Vancouver Island BC spent 8 painstaking years developing the Patent Pending technology
in recreating the “Spring Bloom” at the Sea farm (all the conditions that exist in nature for the
Phytoplankton to multiply in massive quantities).
Mr. Harpers’ goal was to grow vast amounts of wild Marine Phytoplankton in a controlled
environment in land based tanks to feed the seedlings in his shellfish hatchery. The Sea farm sits on
8 acres along side the Eastern Coast of pristine Vancouver Island BC. It holds eight 1 million litre
tanks which are filled with sea water from a massive pipeline that extends out 1 kilometer and at a
depth of eighty feet below the surface of the ocean.
He believed that the 200+ species of WILD Phytoplankton that grows in the ocean - literally on the
doorstep of the Sea farm - would certainly hold more nutritive value than the 7 to 9 industry standard
species of Marine Phytoplankton used worldwide in hatcheries, due to the higher concentration of
diverse species and wild natural nutrient content. To this point, the only Phytoplankton options had
been those grown in a denatured laboratory environment using Bio-reactors and synthetic sea water.
Mr. Harper’s intuition was right. When he was finally able to provide the WILD blends of
Phytoplankton to ½ of his seedling stock and Industry standard Phytoplankton to the other ½, the
seedlings consuming his WILD blends were growing TEN TIMES larger with almost a 0% mortality
rate than those being fed the common Plankton used throughout the Aquaculture industry.
Mr. Harper’s reputation and Patent Pending technology gained worldwide attention within the
Aquaculture industry. Not only was he growing healthier and larger shellfish, the Sea Farm can
produce enormous sustainable quantities of Phytoplankton twelve months of the year.
Unfortunately, within weeks of this remarkable discovery, Mr. Harper was diagnosed with a life
threatening illness. He was given only weeks to months to live, and was advised by his accountant
to sell the Sea Farm. One day, while preparing for the sale and tending to the Phytoplankton, Mr.
Harper intuitively felt he should start consuming his Plankton, as he saw such huge results in the
health of his shellfish being fed these wild aquatic plants.
He began eating his Phytoplankton every day. Within weeks, he shared with a few close friends and
family members that he was feeling more energy and less pain in his chest and back. During a
scheduled surgery for a medical grade “talcum” injection into the plural lining of his lungs (a
common procedure with mesothelioma), the surgeons were puzzled to discovered a foreign white
substance covering his tumors.
Upon an 11 site biopsy, the medical staff was baffled to find that all 11 sites came back benign. The
surgeons could not explain it, and could not provide Mr. Harper an explanation as they had never
seen this before. News of his shift in health and consumption of the Phytoplankton he was growing
at his Sea Farm spread quickly. His Doctors would not comment on whether or not this had anything
to do with the changes in his state of health. Friends and neighbors began requesting samples of this
Phytoplankton and Mr. Harper gladly shared it, offering no guarantee they would personally
experience any changes.
Never the less, even without “proof” people still wanted to try it, and it soon became evident due to
the continuous testimonials and overwhelming public demand, this was a product worth sharing on a
much larger scale. He made the decision to close down all aspects of the shellfish hatchery to focus
100% of his efforts on the Phytoplankton, as that is where his heart was leading him.

News of this incredible story reached the ears Marilyn Stewart; of one of ForeverGreen’s leaders in
Canada and ForeverGreen’s first Rain Maker! She brought the information to President Ron
Williams, and a meeting was set at the Sea Farm shortly thereafter. When Tom and his daughter
Tiffany heard Ron’s vision, and saw the formulation for FREQUENSEA ™, they knew this would be
the perfect blend with which to combine this unique and potent blend of Phytoplankton. In the
summer of 2005, FREQUENSEA ™ with Marine Phytoplankton was launched.
“What we eat today walks and talks tomorrow…” Mr. Harper feels he is a testament to this
statement as do thousands of others who have incorporated FREQUENSEA ™ with Marine
Phytoplankton into their daily regime!

Here are pictures of a few of the 200+ species that make up this extraordinary unique blend of wild
microscopic Marine Phytoplankton in FREQUENSEA ™. Aren’t they beautiful? Mr. Harper’s
technology is the only one of its kind WORLDWIDE. He is the first and only person in history to
duplicate the “Spring bloom” in a controlled safe environment on land which can produce these
volumes of Plankton twelve months out of the year. The “Spring bloom” embraces all of the
conditions that allow for Wild Marine Phytoplankton to multiply in massive quantities in the ocean,
however, he creates these conditions at the Sea farm. These conditions are a perfect balance of:
• Small amounts of existing wild Phytoplankton in 100% NATURAL sea water
• 100% NATURAL Sunlight
• Water temperature
• Oxygen levels
• PH
• Nutrients
• “Tides”
These “conditions” are adjusted daily in the tanks to reflect the changes occurring in nature.
Twenty-four hour surveillance of the tanks ensures Mr. Harper’s Phytoplankton are thriving at all
times. If conditions aren’t perfect as they are in Nature, the entire tank of Plankton can “crash” or
stop growing.

Although National Geographic is unaware of Tom Harper’s technology and the Sea Farm, we were
delighted to see an article in the August 2006 issue celebrating the rich and diverse sea life that owes
its abundance and diversity to the extraordinary and nutrient rich Marine Phytoplankton which
ONLY grows along the Eastern coast of Vancouver Island. Not surprisingly, that is the same Wild
Phytoplankton being grown and harvested for FREQUENSEA ™! These particular species of
Phytoplankton depend on very specific conditions to flourish and sustain life. This particular region
of the world is abundant with Rain Forests, Rivers flowing from the Coastal and Rocky Mountain
ranges, extreme currents, and varied levels of sunlight. These nutrients are making their way into
the Straight of Georgia from the excess rain run-off of Rainforest floors and Rivers, providing the
perfect balance of minerals to feed the Phytoplankton. Should many of these species float to other
regions without these nutrients and aquatic environment, they will eventually die. There is only
ONE other area in the world where these blends of Phytoplankton flourish other than in nature; Tom
Harper’s Sea Farm!

You can feel confident and proud representing and consuming FREQUENSEA ™! Not only is this
an incredible product, but it is grown in a facility that actually works in-sync with Mother Nature.
As mentioned earlier, Phytoplankton contributes oxygen into the atmosphere after consuming C02,
as do the large tanks of Phytoplankton at the Sea Farm. In fact, when all eight tanks of
Phytoplankton are in full bloom, these tanks consume up to 1 tonne (CND) of C02 from the
atmosphere every day! The Sea Farm is cleaning up Carbon emissions from the atmosphere and
emitting PURE OXYGEN as a by-product! Also, once the Plankton is harvested from the huge 1
million litre tanks, the tanks still contain Phytoplankton nutrients that were not harvested due to their
microscopic size. Upon draining the tanks after harvest, these remaining nutrients are returned
directly back to the ocean – 3 to 5 times more Plankton nutrients than what was originally brought in
within a 4 to 9 day period! Not many large industrial facilities such as this can actually declare a
positive impact on the environment!

FREQUENSEA ™ with Marine Phytoplankton gained momentum and admiration very quickly in
North America, and is now distributed in several countries worldwide. Personal testimonials of
increased physical vitality, emotional well being, and positive shifts in certain individuals faced with
health challenges caught the attention of many Nutriceutical companies, and as a result, more new
“Phytoplankton” products have been introduced to consumers. As many of you know, Phytoplankton
are a very new source of WHOLE FOOD nutrients and until very recently, many people had never
conceived of Phytoplankton as a source of nutrients in our diets!
Imitation is always the best form of flattery, and there are now several imitations appearing within
the market. Mr. Harper’s Phytoplankton cannot be duplicated other than through Mother Nature and
his technology. It is important to know that NOT ALL PHYTOPLANKTON ARE CREATED
EQUALLY OR NATURALLY!
Here are the differences:
Open cell vs closed cell: Phytoplankton have a silica shell. Unlike sheep, cows, horses, and marine
life, human beings do not have the digestive enzymes which allow us to break down silica to access
the nutrients inside. Unless the cell wall of the Phytoplankton is ruptured, we cannot benefit fully
from the nutrients locked inside of these microscopic plants. Mr. Harper’s technology involves
gently rupturing the cell walls of each species of Phytoplankton without the use of HEAT,
FREEZING or CHEMICALS, while keeping the nutrient levels in tact. His technology allows for
100% bio-availability for our human cells. Upon contacting other companies promoting their blends
of Plankton, we have yet to find one that offers OPEN CELL options. The general public does not
understand the differences of Open and Closed cell Phytoplankton, and many companies depend on
this lack of knowledge to maintain sales. Even though many companies boast that they offer more
per serving…is More really “More” if we can’t absorb it in the closed cell form?
WILD Phytoplankton vs Laboratory grown Phytoplankton: Mr. Harper’s technology offers the
ONLY source of these WILD blends of Marine Phytoplankton grown outdoors from NATURAL sea
water (free of contaminants) and utilizing ONLY NATURAL SUNLIGHT as Mother Nature always
has.
Other products offer single species of closed cell plankton, grown using a de-natured laboratory
environment employing Bio-reactors, artificial sea water and artificial sunlight. These particular
laboratory grown single species have been traditionally used to feed small fin fish, and upon
questioning other companies, they could not offer ANY human clinical trials pertaining to their
SPECIFIC Plankton species before or after their launch into the human markets.
Full disclosure of Geographical location and use in the industry: The Sea Farm not only provides
full disclosure of our unique location for species identification, but offers guided tours to the public.
Upon questioning other companies about their particular “Phytoplankton” products, or origin of
species, they claim is safe and efficacious for human consumption, many were unwilling or unable
to properly or scientifically identify species, name origins, or identify direct human benefit based on
THEIR “proprietary blend” species.
Instead, inquiries were met with diversions such as being told they are “Proprietary blends”, “secret
sources” etc. Why is that? Perhaps there is a reason they wish to keep the species, growing methods
and LACK of human clinical trials a secret?
ECO FRIENDLY…”Zero Carbon Footprint”: The Sea farm GIVES BACK to Mother Nature. We
provide huge amounts of Natural Carbon offsets and gives 3 to 5 times more of the Phytoplankton
nutrients back out to the ocean.
Full double blind HUMAN clinical trials: Alpha 3 CMP Phytoplankton is presently the subject of
on-going clinical studies at the University of Utah and other accredited facilities. To date, our first
Human study shows the increase of the CD3 complex (please acquaint yourselves with the study
available on your web-site).

The Sea farms ensures that all of the species are tested before the” Spring bloom” process takes
place in the outdoor tanks, determining that all of the species of Phytoplankton are in fact benign,
free of contaminants, and safe for human consumption.
Once the Marine Phytoplankton is harvested and their cell walls ruptured, it is shipped directly by
BC Ferry to a third party laboratory called Canadian Phytopharmaceuticals on the mainland in
Richmond BC. Canadian Phytopharmaceuticals is a GMP certified facility, and has also acquired
their Site License Number issued under the strict guidelines of Health Canada.
Each batch of Marine Phytoplankton is tested upon completion of processing for Yeast, Mould,
Bacteria, E-coli, Heavy metals, Arsenic, and Staphylococcus. To date, every batch of Marine
Phytoplankton we have ever grown and processed has conformed to the strict guidelines set forth by
Government health regulations. ForeverGreen receives a copy of the C of A with each batch of
Phytoplankton from the Sea Farm ensuring ABSOLUTE safety for human consumption.
