(we’re here Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm) and
give us details of which courses you wish to
attend and the dates you’ve chosen.
»»3. We’ll reserve you a place on your chosen
courses and send you details by post.
»»4. When you receive your course details we’ll ask
for payment. Your reserved place on the course
is secured the minute we receive your payment.
HOW TO PAY
You can pay for your courses by sending us
a cheque made out to ‘GOLDWELL Professional
Haircare Ltd.’ to the address opposite; or by
Switch, Visa or Mastercard over the phone, simply
call the booking hotline number, 020 3540 1200,
to pay. Remember to have your details ready.
However you chose to pay, we’ll send you a
confirmation of your firm booking and a receipt in
the post. (All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT)
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a course, cancellations
must be made in writing and received a minimum
of 15 working days prior to the course
commencement date. Due to advanced model
and guest artist booking fees we’re sorry,
but we can’t offer you a refund after this date.
The Academy reserves the right to change
course dates, content and prices without
written notification.
