When you purchase a pool from us you can relax in the knowledge that you’ve bought one of the best pools made. Our straightforward
warranty is backed by a solid company, in business since 1965. No wonder we are the largest swimming pool retailer. The manufacturer
warrants the structure of your aboveground pool to perform for a period of 20-30 years from the pool’s original purchase date.

Liner Warranty Information

The manufacturer warrants the pool liner to be free from original defects in workmanship and materials, and not
to separate at the seams for as long as the original purchaser owns the pool. Should an original defect or seam
separation occur, your dealer will rectify the problem at his own cost, or at its option offer a replacement liner in
accordance with current pro-rated schedules.
Equipment Warranty Information

Your dealer extends the terms of the manufacturer’s original equipment warranty to cover all labour and material
costs incurred in the repair of any filter, pump, heater, water purifier, or chlorinator for a period of one year beyond
the term provided by the manufacturer. Your dealer further extends the terms of the manufacturer’s equipment
warranty by an additional three years to cover the cost of labour and materials incurred in the repair of such
equipment, with a $200 deductible amount payable by the pool owner in any of the 3 calendar years.
WARNING: No Diving, No Jumping. Diving or Jumping may cause permanent injury.
