Contact your Brand Services Team for a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number and instructions regarding your specific needs. Returned merchandise must
­include the MRA number, be in the original packaging and in good condition. Stock items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of products and
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom items are produced to your specifications, therefore, they are not subject to return unless they are defective or there is a
misprint caused by our error. Credit will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the returned merchandise.
