and Equipment) as well as OS&E (Operational, Services and

Slovakia to name but a few. Forthcoming major projects
include the renovation of the legendary Adlon Kempinski Berlin,
Kempinski Vilnius, The Atlantic Hamburg, the first 5 star hotel
and conference complex in Turkmenistan, the new Cinq Mondes
Spa at the Kempinski Geneva among other new projects.

Procurement Management
• Living Consulting Group AB manages FF&E projects from
conception of design, through the entire process to operational
commencement.
• Using a personal and hands on approach Living Consulting
Group AB will minimize FF&E costs without compromising design,
vision, specification or operating standards.
• Living Consulting Group AB procures locally and globally to
reduce the environmental footprint, and to suit each client or
project from local/regional sources to satisfy specific
requirements. The client, therefore benefits from significant
savings to their budget whilst achieving everything stipulated by
the brief.
• Provision is made for accurate cost planning, programming of
installation and regularly updated performance reports.
• Provision of all samples, prototypes and creation of mock-up
rooms as required.
• The handover of all FF&E is closely coordinated with the client
to ensure that their specific operational start up requirements and
the relative maintenance manuals and guarantees are in situation.
• Our range of services is detailed in the 4 stages below: Any or
all of the items can be undertaken upon agreement of the specific
requirements for the project. The exact scope and involvement of
Living Consulting Group AB must be agreed and signed prior to
any works undertaken.

Scope of work: Turnkey for the fit out of FF&E for total 140 rooms at first stage.

Project description: Interior design for the renovation of 140 rooms and at the
Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, the mock up rooms is finished Q1 2010.

Project description: Complete interior design and interior fit out (Turnkey
project) of the largest Ballroom in Oslo holding the name of the famous.
ballerina of Norway who brought the first gold medal in the history of Norway.

Scope of work: Interior design renovation and

Project description: First Hotel Reisen is a
classic hotel of stockholm hotel. First Hotel
Reisen has 144 rooms and 7 suites. All rooms
are well furnished and also been updated to the
demands of the 21st century.

was a legend, a gathering place of the rich and
famous from Garbo to Einstein. Now completely
rebuilt in the classic style. The hotel has 285

Project description: The First Hotel Millennium
provides a high standard of comfort in a
peaceful setting in the heart of Oslo. The hotel

Project description: 150 rooms hotel on the
famous Skiing spot of Sweden. Sunwing Resort
was the most famous hotel in the area.

by the main square in the heart of town. Hotel
faces the beautiful lake in Sweden, Storsjon.

Project description: The best hotel in Leipzig, the
Furstenhof combines luxury, history, great
service and a central location. Built as a palace
for a local bigwig in 1770, it first became a
hotel in 1889 and has recently been extensively
restored and refurbished. The hotel now
consists of 92 luxurious rooms including 12
suites all in renaissance style.
