The most noticeable outward change to the UNISAW is the relocation of both the
blade height and bevel cranks to the front of the saw. With both cranks on the
front of the saw, you can now operate the blade height and bevel adjustments
with ease. This new feature eliminates the need to reach underneath the side of
the saw table for bevel adjustments. This is a standout enhancement compared
with other competitive saws on the market today. Plus, twist the center of
either crank to engage our SURE-LOCK™ cranks feature that eliminates errors
typically caused when the cranks are hit or bumped out of alignment. This means
easy, accurate, repeatable results.

We eliminated the traditional bevel gauge pointer system that is often misaligned.
Instead, the new UNISAW features a precision bevel gauge that is easy to read

and accurate within 1/4 degree. If the gauge ever falls out of alignment, you
only need an allen wrench to fine-tune the blade bevel from the front of the saw
through accessible holes above the cranks. No more crawling inside the cabinet
for adjustments.

A large cast-iron base and cabinet built with domestically‑made, heavygauged sheet metal provide rock-solid construction and unmatched stability.
By moving to a closed bevel gauge, the cabinet is better sealed for more
effective dust collection while two secure, hinged and gasketed doors provide
easy access to the motor and interior of the cabinet.

Our tabletop is laid out to have more
surface area where woodworkers need it.
We increased the area from the front of the
blade to the front of the saw to 15 inches
for greater control particularly when cutting
sheet goods. Meanwhile, we made the space
behind the blade wider and deeper for
increased stability when running
large pieces of wood through the

a proven track record in both industrial and woodworking
applications and the high quality design affords the user

What it means
The largest throat opening in its class makes performing blade changes and
fine-tuning your riving knife easier and safer than ever. By providing more adequate
space, this also gives the user plenty of room to install dado sets and molding cutters
more easily.
Arbor Lock
A push-button arbor lock means only one wrench is needed to change the blade. We’ve
also united the washer and nut into a single combination arbor nut providing additional

Can be activated from any direction
The larger, multi-directional off switch can be activated from any angle, making it
easier and safer to use. The sturdy mounting bracket allows the user to bump or “knee
off” the switch, without worry of damage. For additional security, holes in the mounting
can accommodate standard long-shaft padlocks.

Our storage drawer provides slots for safe and proper storage of up to five saw blades,
eliminating damage from blades rubbing against each other. Two riving knives, an
arbor nut flange, the entire rise-and-fall split-guard assembly, the push stick, the arbor
wrench and the throat plate can also be easily accommodated. We even integrated
built-in storage for the BIESEMEYER® fence and deluxe miter gauge directly on the
body of the saw.

The UNISAW introduces a totally new design in guard systems. This system has a true
rise-and-fall riving knife. It incorporates components that can be easily added or
removed - depending on the application.
The riving knife can remain stationary within the locking plate at all times so it can be
raised or lowered with a tool-free lever for through or non-through cuts. You can also

add the anti-kickback pawls and guard to the riving knife without tools.
The split basket design allows the user to see directly where the blade contacts with
the wood at all times, moving up and down independently and never interfering with
materials passing through the blade.
The entire guard assembly and anti-kickback pawls can be added or removed without
tools, or by hand–no need for nuts, bolts or wrenches making it easy to cut safely
during all applications.

The trusted BIESEMEYER T-SQUARE® saw fence system comes standard with
each UNISAW. Its hairline pointer and built-in tape mean precision set-ups,
cut after cut. The three point locking system ensures the fence is precisely

The 9-ply fence faces are manufactured to unmatched tolerances. During the
trueing of these faces, unique to BIESEMEYER, we take the additional step of
milling the wood faces to be parallel to the tubing. A durable layer of heavyduty laminate is added to reduce friction. Improvements also include a cam
front lock lever with curved edge so the snap of the positive lock can be felt.

The new UNISAW is proudly made in the USA of foreign and domestic components in our Jackson, Tennessee
facility. In this product, we use cast-iron milled and machined in the U.S.A. and include an American-made
MARATHON motor.
By making products here in the U.S. we can adhere to higher standards of quality and accuracy than our
competitors – many of whom use low cost imports. It also means jobs for American workers.
