Valliance Real Estate Advisors “Valliance” (www.valliance.net) is a Boutique Advisory Firm founded in 2007 in Luxembourg with
branches in Madrid and Lisbon, and a network of associated offices in London, Frankfurt, USA, Mexico and Brazil. The firm participated by
several companies, independent investors together with its management team, with an ample scope where the Real Estate sector has a
distinguished place. Non-Real Estate operations focus on industrial assets, energy, infrastructures and vessels, among others.

7. Professional Team – Madrid Team
Borja Rodríguez-Cueto
Managing Director
Mr. Rodríguez-Cueto manages Valliance Madrid branch and has an extensive professional
background in real estate equity and debt underwriting, debt restructuring, valuation, recapitalization
and disposition. Most recently he worked as a Director for Carlton in Madrid, a NY based real estate
boutique, on which he was responsible for originating and structuring real estate recapitalizations, debt
restructuring and dispositions. Mr. Rodríguez-Cueto also held senior position at Ahorro Corporación
Financiera, Fortis (CIB), Hypo Real Estate and Cushman Wakefield.
He graduated from Navarra University with a Masters degree in Commercial Law and earned a
Bachelors degree from CEU university, majoring in Law and minoring in Business Administration. He
is fluent in Spanish and English, and understands French.
Guillermo Palacio
Associate
Mr. Palacio joined Valliance Madrid recently. Previously he worked as a consultant for Valuation
Advisory at CBRE where he developed strong analytical and coordination skills, in relation with the
massive SAREB Valuation and Due Diligence Project.
Graduated from CUNEF University in Business Administration with specialization in Finance
spending the 4th year of his degree in Orleans (France) with an Erasmus grant. He also did an
Advanced Programme of Financial Modeling at IEB.
He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
