Shortly after we founded our company in 1996, Pablo & Irma Martinez became our very first distributor in
Mexico. Over the years they were confronted with numerous obstacles while building their business, including the
loss of Pablo in 2001, however, Irma picked up the cause and committed to lead and build a successful agriculture
business in Pablo’s honor, which she has now done as the General Director of Agricola Genética, S.A. de C.V.
We thank Irma and her family for their commitment to marketing MicroSoil® over the years and look forward to
helping her develop an even larger company in the future. Irma and her family plan to come to Las Vegas in May
to establish a joint plan with us moving forward.

Market Update
USA
In order to help our new international markets
develop, we are now providing informational
materials translated into Spanish, Portuguese and
French to be used for new business development
in Central America, South America, Europe and
the Caribbean. Our website also features instant
page translation into multiple languages.
Our move into the California market is
gathering momentum with established
commercial farmers/growers of Avocado, Nuts,
Citrus, and Grape Vineyards (Wine Industry).
Two of our products, MicroSoil® and
Pristine™ Soil Supplement Concentrate
are registered as Organic Input
Materials (OIM) with the California
Department of Food & Agriculture
(CDFA) and carry the CDFA OIM seal
on their labels.
Growing Global Interest in MicroSoil®
We are currently working with potential new
interest groups from government, university,
and private commercial sectors in several new
international market areas including India,
Africa (seven countries including Zimbabwe),
Central America (Costa Rica, Panama,
Honduras, Nicaragua), South America (Brazil,
Uruguay) and Jamaica.
In India, government sponsored testing of 10

currently underway.

Our most exciting new online feature is our extensive catalogue of MicroSoil® results
available for anyone to peruse. We currently have catalogued over 160 different MicroSoil®
studies covering more than 105 different crop varieties in 16 different countries, from 1996 to
the present day.
The archives are growing every day as our distributors, growers and interested research

Las Vegas Valley Woman’s Hummingbird

The now-retired North Las Vegas crime scene investigator, Marion BradleyHamilton, rescued her first hummingbird in 2008, while working as a volunteer at
Gilcrease Nature Sanctuary. She named the baby bird Squeak and took him
with her to the office and to crime scenes because he needed to be fed so often.
He would perch on the cubicle wall by her desk and chirp for food.
She had been rehabbing hummingbirds for almost five years by the time she was featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal on July 7, 2012.
Two days later, a state game warden informed her that she did not have a valid permit. She immediately applied for wildlife rehabilitation
permits from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and the Nevada Department of Wildlife, and was finally issued a federal fish and wildlife permit
in January 2014 and got her state rehabilitation permit in late March 2015.
To prepare the birds for their eventual return to the wild, Brady-Hamilton and her husband built a 6-foot-tall flight cage in the backyard and
stocked it with flowering honeysuckle, a feeder and a birdbath. She doesn’t advertise her services or charge for them. She said most of the
calls she gets are referred to her by Gilcrease Nature Sanctuary. She can also be reached through her Hamilton Hummingbird Rescue

According to state records, Brady-Hamilton is one of only two licensed wildlife rehabilitators in the valley and one of only five anywhere in
Nevada. She is the only one specifically licensed to handle hummingbirds. She has returned about 75 hummingbirds to the wild, including
the ones she cared for before she was licensed.
Besides poisoning children in Michigan with lead, the EPA also conspired with
Monsanto to poison the entire food supply with toxic doses of glyphosate herbicide

The EPA has come under fire for the revelation that months before the massive lead poisoning of
Flint, Michigan’s water supply became public, an EPA employee had notified his superiors of the
problem. Instead of warning the people of Flint, however, the EPA privately communicated with
Michigan's Department of Environmental Quality to get them to solve the problem.
Documents received via a Freedom of Information Act request, reveal that the EPA also assisted
Monsanto in attempting to paint flagship herbicide Roundup (glyphosate) as safe, after the World
Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) declared glyphosate a
"probable carcinogen."

Reminder – FREE Soil Testing Offer
We would like to remind all distributors about our FREE SOIL TESTING OFFER for new customers.
We will supply the grower with one (1) liter of MicroSoil® product, FREE of charge, provided the grower
will: 1) Supply us with a completed copy of our Fertilizer Questionnaire, and 2) Send a soil sample to Waypoint
Analytical, Inc. for testing along with our written Authorization Form (which indicates that Biomassters Global
will pay for the Waypoint Analytical test). In addition, we will analyze the information (Fertilizer Questionnaire +
Waypoint Analytical soil analysis) and provide the grower with our TailorMade™ Fertilization Program &
Protocol for his inputs.
When the grower is ready to test, and agrees to comply with the above, we will send him our FREE Soil
Testing instructions along with an Authorization Form for a FREE Waypoint Analytical soil test.
Anyone who wishes to do testing outside of these parameters must do so at their own expense.

All of our major Organic Certification Agencies – Oregon Tilth & CCOF (USA, Canada, Mexico, European
Union), CDFA & OC (California), and OKOP (European Union) prohibit the intentional use of GMOs. CCOF
and CDFA are governed by the Authority of the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards.
