I wasted a lot of <me trying to do it on my own. I hit many walls and was very frustrated with my lack of results. And it wasn’t that I didn’t train hard…I just had no idea what I was doing! I was busJng my bu] doing all the things the “magazines” were telling me to do. BIG MISTAKE. I was training hard, but I wasn’t training (or eaJng) smart. I almost gave up many Jmes. I finally became enlightened and decided to seek help. But I didn’t just get any ordinary personal trainer at the local gym. I wanted the best…someone that was geKng the results that I wanted. Just look at these ridiculous stats: According to a study by researchers at Colorado University… 1/3rd of all women in the US are on a diet! 1/4th of all males in the US are on a diet! According to Marketdata Report… More than $60 billion is spent on diet & weight loss products in the US every year! According to the US Department of Agriculture… The average American consumes more than 150lbs of sugar and sweeteners per year. If my math is right, that’s almost 22 teaspoons of sugar per day. And don’t think you’re safe if you’re drinking 0 calorie, arJficially sweetened drinks.
