A
ctivities: Bryce Resort offers many activities,
such as an 18-hole championship golf course,
downhill skiing in winter and grass skiing in summer,
tennis, 45-acre lake with grassy beach, swimming,
paddleboat/canoe rentals, fishing, climbing wall,
bungee ride, zip line, miniature golf, and hiking.
Horseback riding is offered in Fort Valley, approx. 30
minutes from the mountain. Rental guests have access to the public pool behind the Community Store
at a nominal fee. All Creekside guests have access
to the Creekside Fitness Center which features an
indoor, heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and a weight
room. The Shenandoah Valley is also full of delightful side trips. Many of the small towns close to Bryce
(Mt. Jackson, Edinburg, and New Market) abound in
shops offering handmade crafts and antiques and
are worth an entire day of exploring. There are caverns, vineyards , battlefields, and much more.

irections: Bryce Resort is 11 miles west of I81 at Mt. Jackson, Exit 273. From Washington
DC, and Northern VA, take I-66 West to I-81 South.
Exit at #273 (Mt. Jackson/Basye), turn left to traffic
light. At light, turn right onto Rt. 11 South. Go
through Mt. Jackson, then turn right onto Rt. 263
West (Orkney Grade Rd.).
Follow Rt. 263 to
Basye and turn
right on Rt. 836
(Resort Drive).
Continue
approx. 1.6
miles to the
main lodge. Our
