Company Profile
AC Hydraulic A/S is a family owned limited company situated in Viborg, Denmark. It was established in 1958 by master smith Anker Christensen (AC) and
his 5 employees.
Shortly after launching his handicraft and repair shop business Anker Christensen was inspired to develop a high quality lorry and workshop crane.
This development lay the foundations for mass production and the AC Crane soon became known for its high
quality. Development of a wide range of lifting equipment
quickly took place and with the extended product programme the company was ready for exporting.
Today 130 employees work with development, manufacturing and marketing of hydraulic workshop equipment,
material handling equipment and made-to-measure
cylinders. We are an international company and export
more than 80% of production. AC Hydraulic A/S is still
wholly owned and managed by Søren and Claus Anker
Christensen, the 3rd generation of the Anker Christensen
family.
In order to constantly be abreast of developments our product developers
are always seeking to improve the current product programme as well as developing new products able to meet the needs and demands of the market. In
addition we continously invest in new machinery and production methods.
To ensure a consistent high quality each product is tested before shipment.
That and many other facts are stated in AC Hydraulic’s quality management
system that will be ISO 9001 certified in 2003.
Our vision is to be the best and most admired hydraulic company in Europe
within our product field. Nothing less.
