Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative while increasing the positive aspects as we communicate our goals and objectives. Communication is the key to resolving conflict management. You can have a healthy conversation by having the ‘crucial conversation’ at the right time. The goal of having a crucial conversation is to provide skills that will enable you to talk to almost anyone about almost anything at work or at home and essentially eliminating the conflict.
