Riverside Mission Inn Friday, Dec 16 Fee: $30.00 Leave: 2:15 p.m. – Return: 8:30 p.m. We will arrive at the Riverside Mission Inn at 3:30 p.m. Though it is not a real Mission, it is filled with rich culture and beautiful gardens. Participants will be divided into 3 small groups for their guided tour (included) and while some take the tour the others can visit the gift shop: During the holidays the Mission is decked out with decorations and thousands of twinkling lights that put on that final touch to let you know its Christmas time. After our tour, you will have time for dinner and shopping on your own, as you enjoy the evening surrounded by the beautiful festive grounds. This program is funded in part through Title III of the Older Americans Act as amended by the County of Los Angeles Area Agency on Aging. All meals are served with milk, bread and margarine. Julian served as a member of our Nutrition Site Council and now serves on the Bingo Committee. His lovely wife, Aurora, also helps at our center and they make a great couple. Thank you so much!
