9 Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation at your site. Beer and wine are permitted
off your site but must be in an appropriate container (plastic or aluminium only, NO GLASS
containers allowed off your site.)
Pets
are allowed, but are limited to dogs & cats ONLY. Sorry, no birds, snakes, pot-belly

pigs, etc. However, service dogs are always allowed. Any/all aggressive pet breeds or
any/all pets acting aggressively will not be allowed & guests may be asked to leave
with NO refund. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after his pet and keeping the pet
under control (leashed and refrain from excessive barking) throughout the entire resort. If
your pet is leashed, the leash is not permitted to extend beyond your site boundaries. Due to
health regulations, pets are never allowed in any building, in any cabin or cabin porch (unless
otherwise designated as pet-friendly), in the pool area, in any bath house or in any bathroom.
11 The guest assumes all risks associated with play activities & bouncing on the jumping
pillow. You play & jump at your own risk. You must be accompanied by an adult if
under 14. Jumping pillow opens at 9:00a.m. & closes at dusk. NO DRINKS OR WET
SWIMSUITS ALLOWED ON THE JUMPING PILLOW.
As
a matter of courtesy, our guests are to exercise a good sense and respect for others.

Please remember that we enforce our rules to protect our guests and our Resort.
Management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any
person whose conduct is objectionable or violates our Resort’s rules, regulations and/
or any staff directives.

County JELLYSTONE PARK Camp Resort to photograph/film the guest & his visitors while
on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation
to the guest/visitor.
The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic
outdoors environment including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured
by insects or other animals, while participating in recreational activities, such as; hiking,
biking, swimming, or jumping at the Resort or of being injured as a result of inclement weather
conditions and agrees that the Resort and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable
whatsoever for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.
Smoking is NOT permitted in ANY cabin or in any building. Please be respectful in public
areas.
No fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any kind are permitted on Resort property.
QUIET HOURS are enforced each night from 11:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. During this time, please
keep voices and other noises to a minimum and turn off any amplified sound. Please ensure
that noise, human or otherwise, cannot be heard beyond your site boundary. At all times,
please be mindful of other guests and refrain from making excessive noise. Any loud noise,
which in the opinion of Resort management could disturb others, will not be tolerated and will
be handled in the appropriate fashion.
Parents are responsible for their children’s actions. Children under age 12 are to be
accompanied by an adult to all areas of the Resort, including the pool. All those under age 16
are the be at their site during quiet hours, 11:00p.m. to 8:00a.m.
Safe, slow driving is a must! The speed limit within the Resort is 9MPH MAX, including golf
carts. Children, pets & adults are at play or walking throughout the Resort. Please remember
constitutes permission for the management of Holmes
