INSTRUCTIONS
Refer to PARTS LIST for identification of parts.
WARNING: Two adults in good physical condition are required for the following assembly. For your safety,
you should wear gloves. Failure to follow these instructions and warnings may result in injury.
NOTE:
Please layout all parts and items, and ensure you will be working on a level smooth surface.
1. Lay out all the trampoline
parts in groups, as shown
above on a level installation
surface. Ensure you have all
necessary components by
checking the parts list.
2. Connect the 8 Top rail
Frame pieces together, and
secure them with the provided Frame Nuts, bolts and
washers.
3. Once the Top Rail Frame
Pieces are secured, insert
the Leg Extension pieces
into the Top Rail Frame
Neck joints.
4. Ensure that the Leg Extension piece is inserted with
the Hole for the Leg Screws
at the bottom, facing inside
(towards the center of the
trampoline.)

NOTE:
Steps 5–9 are only necessary for those that have also purchased the optional TDU Retaining
Wall System for IN-GROUND installations only. If you did not purchase the optional retaining wall
system, please skip to step 10 to complete your trampoline installation.
5. At this step, remove the
TDU retaining wall panels,
and connect them individually around the Frame of
the Trampoline. Insert Each
interlocking panel together,
surrounding the Frame of
the Trampoline.
6. Once the kit is completely
connected and is surrounding the Top Rail Frame, raise
the frame of the Trampoline
until it is flush with the top
of TDU retaining wall kit.
7. Set the Provided Self
Tapping Screws (that come
with the TDU Retaining wall
system) into the corner of
the buckle joint as shown
for each panel, securing the
panels to the frame of the
Trampoline.
8. Once the Entire retaining
wall system is secured,
insert the V-shape Leg
Bases into the Leg Extensions, and secure them with
the provided Leg Bolts and
washers.
*5/16 Hex- bit also provided

9. Once the TDU retaining
wall system and Trampoline
Frame have been properly
installed in the ground,
with proper backfill, (inside
and outside) you are now
ready to complete the
trampoline installation.
10. Lay out the Jumping mat in
the center of the Trampoline
Frame and begin to attach
the Springs 1 at a time, 5
Holes apart from each other.
11. Once you have attached
springs every fifth hole, go
back and attach springs to
the right of each spring until
you have once again gone
all the way around.
12. Repeat this process until all
springs are attached and
the mat is fully stretched.
13. Secure the Vented Safety
Pad by slipping a spring
through the Front Pad loop,
and then tie the rear pad
ties around the Top Rail
frame of the trampoline.
14. Once the Safety Pad is
Secured- you are ready to
enjoy your new Trampoline
in-ground or above Ground!

GUIDELINES
1. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 PURPOSE
•

The TDU systems Trampoline is intended for home/domestic (above or inground) use only and is not suitable for professional or medical uses.
The maximum weight is 450lbs. overloading the trampoline above the recommended user weight will cause damage to the trampoline which is not covered
by the warranty.
1.2 DANGER FOR CHILDREN
•
Do not let unsupervised children near this product. Carry out the necessary
safety precautions and supervise all trampoline activities. Be aware that the

1.3 ATTENTION – PRODUCT DAMAGES

Do not alter the product. Only use TDU system approved components. Repairs
should only be carried out by qualified TDU technicians. Improper repairs can
compromise the safety of your trampoline.
We recommend removing the Vented Pad, springs, and Mat during the winter
months if you are in an area that gets consistent snow fall.
1.4 ADVICE FOR THE ASSEMBLY

The assembly of the product must be done carefully by at least two able-bodied
adults. If in any doubt, please contact your local dealer, or a TDU representative.
Before you start assembling the trampoline, read all the instructions in this manual.
Remove all packaging materials and lay down all parts on a level open space.
This gives you an overview and simplifies the assembly procedure.
Check with the parts list that no parts are missing. Dispose of the packaging
material when the assembly is completed
Beware that when using tools or doing technical work, there is always a risk of
injury.
Store the packaging material in a way that cannot cause any danger. Foils and

After installing the product according to the instruction manual, please make
sure that all screws, bolts and nuts are securely fastened, and that all joints are
tightly fixed.
Ensure the trampoline has proper clearance above and around the trampoline
area. We recommend at least 25ft above, and 5ft around the trampoline to be
free from any obstruction.
Ensure that the trampoline is set up properly before use.
The metal frame of the trampoline will conduct electricity. Lightning, extension
cords and all electrical equipment must never be allowed to come in contact
with the trampoline.
The trampoline must always be used in a well-lit area.
Do not place any objects beneath the trampoline, or allow children to play under the trampoline as injury may result.
When assembling or disassembling, please use gloves to protect your hands.
1.5 ADDITIONAL TIPS

We recommend installing your Trampoline at ground level (using our TDU
retaining wall system ** Not included) But if you are using this trampoline above
ground we recommend securing the trampoline to the ground in case of high
wind scenarios that may cause damage to the trampoline.
Do not use during pregnancy.
Jump with bare feet. Do not wear shoes; this will damage the jumping mat
which is not covered by the warranty.
No smoking on or around the trampoline, as damage to the Mat and Pads may
result.
Do not place pets, sharp objects, or any other foreign objects, on the trampoline.
Do not use the trampoline while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Do not sit or lean on the vented safety pads while someone is jumping.
Do not allow children to pull themselves up on the trampoline by hanging on to
the safety pad.
Do not remove warning safety Tags on the jumping mat.
Do not allow children to jump without proper training or instructions.
If the Trampoline is not going to be used IN-GROUND, ensure it is on a level
surface, preferably grass, and secured or anchored to the ground.
Do not expose the trampoline to direct contact with open flames, and ensure
that it is more than 10’ away from any fire pit area to protect it from damage.
Secure the trampoline against unauthorized use.
Do not use if trampoline jumping mat is wet.

WARNING:
1. Do not attempt or allow somersaults or flips. Landing on your head or neck can
cause serious injury, paralysis, or even death.
2. Do not allow more than one person on the trampoline at a time. Use by more
than one person at the same time increases the chance of injury.
3. Use Trampoline only with adult or mature supervision.

All users of the trampoline need a supervisor. Regardless of the age and the
experience of the user.
The safety instructions of the trampoline should always be considered and
obeyed.
Examine and inspect the trampoline for damage, wearing, or defective parts
before each use.
Any damaged, worn out, or defective parts should be replaced immediately.
The trampoline must be set up IN-GROUND (with the use of the TDU retaining
wall system **Not included**) or on flat ground, on soft, non-slippery surfaces.
If the trampoline is above ground, Strong winds can blow the trampoline away.
If strong winds are predicted, we recommend moving the trampoline to a safe
place, or securing the trampoline to the ground.
Try to avoid the moving the assembled trampoline, Should it be necessary to
move the trampoline please consider using 4 adults to lift at even spacing to
ensure the trampoline is level while moving it.
Trampolines are jumping devices, enabling the user to jump to unusual heights.

selected precautionary measures, as well as recommendations for servicing and
maintenance of the trampoline.
Do not stick any foreign objects into the trampoline.
Do not allow anyone or any object to go under the trampoline while someone is
jumping. Serious Injury may result.
The trampoline should only be used when the jumping mat is clean from debris,
and dry. Jumping with dirt or items on the trampoline may cause injury, or damage to the trampoline.
It is the responsibility of the owner or the supervisor to guarantee that all users
around the trampoline as a safety precaution.
