We are excited to unveil Up With Paper's new 2016 catalog, which includes new and best-selling
designs from all of our innovative pop-up products. Thank you for taking the time to look it over.
Founded in 1978, Up With Paper is the original pop-up greeting card company; we are dedicated
to developing unique products featuring amazing paper engineering—as well as premium artwork—
across a wide variety of product categories.
Each of our products is a memorable keepsake, which consumers are proud to give and recipients are excited to receive.
Importantly, the paper engineering, artwork, and embellishments packed into each of our products give them the greatest
and longest-lasting impact of any products in our industry. That inherent value is demonstrated by recipients of our cards,
who save and display them long after receipt.
Up With Paper creates and markets one of the specialty market’s leading greeting card brands, Treasures. Consumers worldwide recognize Treasures as the square pop-up cards featuring unique and trend-setting, embellished designs, making it
our best selling line. A proven performer at retail for decades, and with a suggested retail price of $6.99, the Treasures line
is available in everyday and seasonal offerings. Treasures are always merchandised with open samples to draw consumers to
the cards’ eye-catching features.
In addition to Treasures, Up With Paper offers three other greeting card lines:
· Sight ‘n Sound cards feature paper engineering and push-button sound effects, and are available in everyday and
Christmas designs.
· Panoramics cards include paper engineering as well as pull tabs that generate movement (and, in some cases, sound
effects), and are available in designs for everyday and seven different seasons.
· Pop-Up Snow Globe Greetings® are available in more than 40 everyday designs as well as Christmas. Each globe
features a greeting medallion—many in the form of Choose Your Own Message tags. These globes, which fold flat for
mailing and storage, can be merchandised on an exclusively designed 28-pocket spinner, or our newly designed for
2016 12-pocket counter top display.
Our retailer partners have also enjoyed significant success with our Trinkets pop-up gift enclosures (miniaturized versions of
our most popular Treasures designs), and our Pop-Up Notepads, a great impulse and gift-giving line.
This catalog includes all everyday designs available from Up With Paper in the First Quarter of 2016. We release everyday
supplement catalogs, showcasing new designs, in May, July, and October. We also offer seasonal catalogs, which include all
of our products for Valentine’s Day, spring seasons (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Graduation), summer, Halloween,
and Christmas. In addition, retailers and consumers are always welcome to visit our entire catalog online and place orders

Everyday Pop-Up Snow Globe Greetings® fold flat into their included

message tags, allowing a single design to be customized for
multiple occasions.
Each globe is five inches tall, and comes with a color-coordinated

Seasonal Programs
Up With Paper’s seasonal programs are among the most successful
in the industry and are available for Valentine's Day, Easter,
Mother's Day, Father's Day/Graduation, Summer, Halloween, and
Christmas. We offer seasonal pre-pack programs in corrugate
merchandising units that are a snap to set up, help set a seasonal
tone in the store, and enjoy strong sell-thru.
Importantly, customers carrying a fixture with at least twentyeight pockets of everyday designs enjoy guaranteed sales on all
seasonal pre-packs. In addition, customers signing up for at least
four seasonal prepacks/year receive a 5% discount AND extended
payment terms. Retailers without an everyday spinner can test our
best-selling everyday designs in a corrugate and then convert to a
permanent spinner.

Online Ordering
Our Web site includes an online ordering portal!
Simply set up an account and place your orders
directly through our site, for quick, efficient service.
As a current retailer, you can utilize your current
account information, or, if you don’t have an
account or terms set-up with Up With Paper, you
can fill out the application online.
Minimum Orders
Up With Paper’s minimum opening order is
$200.00. Minimum re-orders are $100.00. Orders
below the minimum are subject to a $10.00
service fee. Products must be ordered in units
of six per SKU.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped UPS Ground (in Continental
United States) unless other shipping terms are
requested in advance. The customer must pay all
shipping charges.
Terms and Conditions
The following payment terms are accepted:
pre-payment by credit card (VISA®, MasterCard®
and American Express®), and Net 30 (with preapproved credit). C.O.D. terms are not accepted.
New customers must provide three credit references for Net 30 approval (please allow two weeks
for final approval). Accounts that do not provide
credit references will be placed on pre-paid terms.
In order to facilitate the shipment of new orders
in a timely fashion, credit card payment is encouraged for first-time orders.
Customers with outstanding, past-due balances
are subject to a Late Payment Fee and are subject
to having their payment terms revoked.
A $25.00 handling fee will be charged on all
returned checks.
No returns will be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number, which may be obtained
from your local Up With Paper sales representative or our Customer Service team. Returned
merchandise will be inspected in our warehouse.
Credits will only be issued for merchandise that
is resalable. All credits issued are to be applied
toward future purchases only. Credits are not
automatically applied; credits are only applied at
customer’s direction. Credits must be used within
nine months of issuance. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Backorders of less than $75.00 will automatically
be cancelled.
