Parents’ activity club
We offer a range of leisure activities in the swimming pool or the lake, archery,
French boxing, volley ball or basket ball. You also have access to the multisports ground where you can play table tennis or petanque. A mini golf course
is located near the campsite, bicycles can be rented on the campsite and you
can purchase a fishing licence at Leon village (opposite Champion supermarket
at the flower shop).

Short handcraft lessons for young children and “mini” activities during April and from
mid- June to the beginning of September. The “mini-club” is for children between 4 to 6
years old and the “junior club” for 7 to 9 year olds and for the 10/13 years old. Activities
include different types of painting: from fabrics (t-shirts...), glass, wood and plaster,
shells and stones. Sessions usually last two hours; giving parents’ time to relax whilst
the children enjoy themselves in complete safety.

Pitch with private

The cabins on the site are equipped with
toilet, sink and shower. The cabin must be
cleaned at your departure, an inventory
will be done by the reception, a deposit of
100 € will be required (€ 35 for the cabin
and € 65 for the cleaning). In case that the
cabin is not clean, we will charge a cleaning
fee (€ 65)
• A Col Vert bracelet is compulsory for everyone

an illness or accident which happened before the signing of
the contract.

in hospitalisation for longer than 7 days.

• Accident resulting from the participation, in a professional
capacity, in any sport or competition, as well as any training

- motor sports (car, motorbike, any motor vehicle), aerial

• Epidemics, pollution, natural disasters covered by the Law
N-82.600 of 13 July 1982
• War or civil war, riots, national movements, strikes, terrorist
acts, exposure to radioactivity.
• Insurance: The management and it representatives are not
responsable for damage to camping equipment or caravans
caused by the client himself. Therefore it is up to the clients
also for rentals accommodation, to insure their caravan, tent
and/or equipment, particularly as far as legal liability to third
parties is concerned.
• Remarks: Booking fees are not refundable.
• Animals: We accept one small animal in our rental accommodations.You have to declare it when you reserve and we’ll
charge a supplement it. The animal must be kept on a leash
permanently and it musn’t disturbe the peace and safety of the
other guests. The Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier,
Staffordshire Terrier, and Rosa dogs or dogs from assimilated
characteristic behavior are strictly forbidden. Further more you
must respect the rules of hygiene and cleanness. You have to
be able to show us a up-to-date vaccinationbook. Animals are
not allowed in the swimmingpool area and on the supervised
beach. They have to be taken out for a walk at the indicated
roads.

4. Redundancy of you or your partner, provided that the procedure had not already been initiated before the holiday was

All these grounds for cancellation must be disclosed by registered mail, along with all the necessary documents establishing
the facts (assessor’s report, police report, summons, medical
or death certificate...) as soon as it occurs and no later than 3
working days following the accident or occurrence.

whole season. From 09/07/16 till 27/08/16,
electricity will automatically be charged on
all sites with electricity.
the French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions
proposed on this site are subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in articles L.121-20 and following of the French Consumer
Code. Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services
ordered on the site are exclusively subject to the cancellation
conditions attached.
• Cancelling conditions: 1 - Bookings that are not made in accordance with the regulations and are not fully paid on time will
be cancelled , subject to the costs involved.
2 - Bookings that are not paid for in accordance with the general terms will be cancelled and the contractuel costs will be
whitheld. In the event of cancellation the following will be witheld or made accountable:
- Booking fees
- An amount equal to 20% of the total amount of stay if cancelled more than 15 days before the booked date of arrival,
- The entire costs of stay if the cancellation is made within 16
days of the booked date of arrival or in the event of no show.
If the cancellation is made by the management for reasons of
its own, unless due to situations outside their control when
your holiday is cancelled for reasons of safety, there will be a
full refund of all advanced sums.
In the event of a late arrival, the rental agreement will be cancelled 48 hours after the booked date of arrival unless there
is a modification from the client on time. Your contract offers
cancellation guarantee: which enables you to be refunded for
fees incurred in the event of a cancellation of your stay or early
departure according to certain conditions (illness, accident,
etc.), subject to compliance with the contractuel obligations.
• Cancellation guarantee: An amount from 1% from the total
fee, minimum 9 E per booked pitch or booked accommodation
and payable by reservation only enables. This guarantee will
take effect as soon as the rental contract is signed and ends at
midnight the day before the first day of the holiday. Subject to
compliance with contractual obligations, this guarantee allows
you be reimbursed for amounts paid if your holiday needs to be
cancelled for one of the following reasons:

General terms and conditions
• Sites: The tenant accepts the site in the state he finds it (
trees, plantations, vegetations etc.) He does not hold the
management responsible for damage to camping equipment
caused by falling branches, pine, cones, storms, natural catastrophes, in case of house-breaking, window-breaking… The
site must be cleared and left in the state the tenant found it
on arrival.
• Prices: In high season a minimum stay of 7 nights is required
for all chalets and mobile homes. The prices do not include
the local holiday tax and the eco-contribution which will be
paid in addition to the price. An invoice will be rendered for all
transactions. Any claims must be made directly. Claims made
afterwards are never accepted.
• V.A.T. The rental prices listed in this catalogue are all taxes
included. The V.A.T rate on the date of publication of this catalogue is the actual rate of 7%. Any change in this rate between
the booking date and arrival date, will result in the modification
of the rental prices all taxes included accordingly.
• Rental accomodations: The domain proposes a hotelservice
as well (see tariffs).
• Options: Options are not binding and can be mutually cancelled, without penalty, if there is no confirmation within 8
days.
• Bookings: Each booking is subject to a booking fee. All
bookings, no matter what category of stay, will be confirmed
after reception of the booking form and deposit according to
your stay only. Stated preferences upon reservation will be
handled to the extent of availability, without any obligation to
the management.
• Payment: The total amount for rental accomodations must
be paid at least 1 month prior to the date of arrival. In the case
of reservations of camping sites, the rent is due on arrival. No
objections possible.
• Arrivals and departures: The rental of accommodation can be
made only on Saturday/Sunday, from 5pm to Saturday/ Sunday
before 10am. At departure all returning of keys after 10 am.
will entail payment of an additional night’s stay. Camping sites
must be cleared before 10 am. otherwise an additional night’s
stay will be charged. Normally a camping site cannot be occupied before 2 p.m. Every extension of stay must be arranged at
least 24 hours prior to the contracted date of departure. In the
event of early departure there will be no refund made for a site
that has been reserved. The management has the right to rent
the unused site once again to the first corner.
• Modifications: It is not possible to make reservation changes
during the month prior to the booked date of arrival. Outside
this limitation reservation changes will be taken into consideration as much as possible. Every change of the rental agreement
will be subject to a handling fee.
• Cooling-off period: In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of
