Process for Ordering Replacement Parts
Our limited lifetime warranty covers component replacement for the original owners who register their
Basco/RODA shower doors at time of purchase or those who supply proof of purchase, with the exception of
wear parts which are covered for 1 year. Within 1 year from date of original purchase shipping and handling
of these items is also no cost to the registered homeowner.
Fees will be applicable for wear parts and shipping and handling charges will apply to all shipments after
1 year from date of purchase. Please provide a purchase order number for invoicing for these charges with
your order. To simplify the ordering process homeowners may elect to provide their credit card information
to us to ship direct or visit the Basco Parts Store at www.bascoshowerdoor.com where they can view
available options and purchase parts online.
