These tasks would be those that, if not performed adequately, would lead to a breakdown in the individuals’ rights or ability to continue living in that home. Introduction The Caerphilly Supporting People Directory of Services is the outcome of a mapping exercise carried out to fully list the housing related support services funded by the Supporting People Team in Caerphilly and the organisations that provide them. It provides summary information on housing-related support services. If you require any further information the contact details are available to discuss directly with the provider organisation. This information will hopefully assist those who make referrals for housing support. The information contained within the directory is a snapshot of existing provision and so you will appreciate this will change over time. In the main you will find that places within floating support become available more regularly than those that are accommodation based as the floating support is generally for shorter durations where as the accommodation based service tend to be for medium to long term. You will see that some of the organisations are referral only, however we felt is was appropriate to include these agencies to raise awareness in the housing and support related sectors.
