When I think of the most inspirational woman in
my life, the one who was a gift to me, my mother,
Sarah Britt, instantly comes to mind. She not only
brought life to me, her words of love and wisdom
taught me to plant seeds of love into the hearts of
others. She molded me and made me the person
I am today, and always made me believe I could
do anything if only I followed my heart. She was a
priceless jewel in my life. I feel her presence beside
me every day. She was not only my mother; she was
my mentor, and my best friend.

22 years of changing the lives of women, children

Month 0 to1:

2. TAXES:Will be remitted to your local taxing jurisdiction by the
Company, as required by law.
3. PAYMENT:Your payment may be made by Western Union Quick
Collect, MasterCard,® VISA,® American Express or Novus/Discover. We
cannot accept personal checks or cash on delivery.
4. INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT:If total payment for your non-credit card
order has been miscalculated and falls short of the total amount due,
Beauticontrol may reduce product(s) ordered in retail section from
your order to match the payment actually received.
5. ACCEPTANCE:The relationship created by the purchase of
merchandise shown on this order is not that of ­principal and
agent, and Purchaser shall not be considered the agent or legal
representative of Company. Company shall not be liable for any claim
growing out of or connected in any way with actions of Purchaser, or
statements, representations or warranties which are not expressly set
forth in writing by Company. You agree that, upon acceptance of this

6. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT:Please call 800.872.5520 if you have
a damaged or defective product, the wrong item, a missing item, or

GENERAL RULES FOR ALL PROMOTIONS
• To preserve the integrity and effectiveness of Beauticontrol’s
promotional and incentive programs, Beauticontrol may verify
participation and qualification when necessary. This may include, but
is not limited to: Reviewing orders and Independent Consultant
Agreements submitted to Beauticontrol; and requesting information
from and reviewing records of Consultants, Directors and/or clients.
• All rewards are subject to availability.
• Beauticontrol also may modify rewards or provide substitute rewards
for the entire program or for individual participants when necessary as
determined by Beauticontrol at its sole discretion.
• Failure to meet criteria of a program and/or failure to adhere to
Beauticontrol’s ordering and recruiting policies may result in forfeiture
of a reward or disqualification from participation in the program.
• All rewards and/or trips are non-transferable and may not be
redeemed for cash.
• All new Consultant Agreements must be received, with approved and
cleared payment, to Beauticontrol by 8:30 p.m. Central time on the last
calendar day of the month to count toward the current promotion.
• The Consultant must be active and in good standing at the time of
fulfillment to receive the reward(s).
A $5 surcharge will be added to orders placed by phone or mail on
the last four days of the month. There is a $2.50 surcharge for orders
placed on BeautiNet ® on the last four days of the month. Mailed orders
and Independent Consultant Agreements must be received with
approved payment at BeautiControl offices by 8:30 p.m. (CT) April
30, 2015, in order to qualify for the prices listed on the order form.
Orders placed by phone with an Associate, or through BeautiNet,
with approved credit card payment are due by 8:30 p.m. (CT) on April
30, 2015, to qualify for these prices and to count for current month’s
sales volume. The Care Center will be open on April 30, 2015, for
orders by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (CT). All services will be
available from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (CT). Quick Collect payments
must be received by 3 p.m. (CT) to count for April sales volumes.
Each week, from 11 p.m. Sunday until 4 a.m. Monday (CT), our system
is unavailable for ordering. On April 30, 2015, BeautiNet will not be
available between midnight in your respective time zone (ET, CT,
MT, PT) and 8 a.m. (CT). The Care Center will be closed from 4:30 to
5:30 p.m. CT on the first weekday following month end to allow our
Associates to be trained on the new monthly offers to better serve our
Consultants. Orders received without payment will not be processed
