If you have any questions please call us at 561-637-3669. Ageratum Bl ue F1 Ageratum The Aloha series Ageratum is an excellent flower for a butterfly garden and has proven garden performance. Masses of flowers cover the well branched plants. Requires full sun. Grows 6-8" tall and 6-8" wide. Alyssum Giga White Lobularia maritima This new pure white tetraploid alyssum produces the biggest flowers we have seen on an alyssum. The vigorous, 6 inch tall plants are compact, and wellbranched. Perfect for pots, baskets and borders. Biggest flowered Tetraploid white available. Grows in full sun to partial shade. Clear Crystal Series This exciting tetraploid series delivers superior vigor fragrant, larger size flowers; and stronger performance in containers and landscapes than standard alyssum varieties. It also boasts more heat tolerance than standard alyssum varieties. Full Sun (at least 6 hrs. of sun) Space 6-10” and up to 6” tall. Lavender Shades White Purple Shades Bacopa Sutera cordata (Bacopa)-Scopia Gulliver Series A charming display of colorful, dainty blooms with mounding habit and fragrant flowers. Best in fertile, well-drained soil kept evenly moist. Bacopa is excellent for low edgings, ground cover, combination containers and hanging baskets. Do not allow to dry out. Grow in full sun to partial shade. Can grow 4-8” in height and can spread 12-20”. Blue Blue Sensation Page 2 White Begonias Begonia semperflorens-hybrids, wax begonia The Party Series is the ideal begonia for landscape plantings. Vigorous with a bushy habit, the ‘Partys’ are the only large fibrous begonias that do not sacrifice flower power for plant size. ‘Partys’ are covered with blooms all season long. Probably the strongest begonia for South Florida. Grows in Sun to Partial Shade 12-20” tall. Bronze Leaf Pink Bronze Leaf Red Bronze Leaf White Page 3 Super Olympia Series Super Olympia has proven its excellent garden performance in weather conditions that have been constantly changing between continuous rains, heat spells, cold spells, and storms. This exceptional green leaf begonia has always looked great throughout. It has been flowering nonstop for months on end, producing large flowers in the most vivid colors. Can take full sun to partial shade in South Florida’s fall and winter climate. Grows 6-15” tall and up to 12” wide. Pink Red Rose White Page 4 Premium Begonias Baby Wing Series Begonia x hybrida Hort The hybrid ‘Baby Wing’ begonia has luscious, shiny green leaves and abundant flowers in loose clusters year round in warm climates. It was derived from the larger Dragon Wing begonia and is an upright, mounding plant from the Baby Wing series, it is tolerant of both sun and shade exposures, heat and drought, and is perfect as a bedding plant or in containers and hanging baskets. Grows up to 18” tall and 24” wide. Baby Wing Pink with green leaf Baby Wing White with green leaf Baby Wing Bronze White “BIG” Series Begonia x benariensis Large 2-3" flowers are held above the leaves for maximum show and can reach a height of 20 inches. The bronze foliage adds vibrancy and contrast to the striking red or rose colored flowers. Early flowering and superior branching add to the appeal of this tall landscape specimen. Characterized by its upright arching habit, 'BIG' begonias make a stately presentation in park settings and large landscape plantings from full sun to shade. Red Pink Dragon Wing Begonias Begonia X hybrida Dragon Wing™ delivers excellent garden performance across a wide range of conditions. With a unique and beautiful arching, pendulous habit, this spectacular plant adapts well to hanging baskets, large containers and inground plantings. Dragon Wing is used widely by professional landscapers where season-long performance is necessary. Outstanding heat tolerance provides lush, vigorous growth. Dragon Wing offers a dramatically different look from standard begonias. Dragon Wing grows 12 to 15” tall and spreads up to 18”. Red Pink Begonia Odorata 'Alba' This begonia is noted for it's ability to handle strong sun, while doing just as well in the shade. It features white flowers with a delicate fragrance and glossy green foliage. Grow up to 3’ tall and 3’ wide. Page 5 White Blue Daze (Evolvulus) Evolvulus glomeratus Evolvulus, or blue daze, is an evergreen subshrub that grows in a low, spreading mound, up to 2-3 ft. in diameter, but no more than 1 ft. tall. Evolvulus grows well in full sun in poor sandy soils that are well drained. Evolvulus does best in full sun, but can tolerate a little shade. It cannot tolerate wet soils at all, and very rainy periods or overwatering will cause fungus problems and lead to premature death. Bush Daisy Athena Sun (Euryops) Euryops pectinatus Euryops, yellow bush daisy, or African Yellow Daisy is a marvelous addition to any garden that has a welldrained, full sun situation. This is a plant that provides sunny, yellow daisy-like flower color against a mat of appealing finely cut green foliage all season long. It is a tough plant that survives all but the most extreme warm weather conditions including moderate drought. Grows 14-18” tall. Not cold hardy. Celosia Intenz Celosia argentea Celosia Intenz will grow to be about 14-18 inches tall at maturity, with a spread of 12 inches. Its foliage tends to remain dense right to the ground. This annual bedding plant should only be grown in full sunlight. It is very adaptable to both dry and moist growing conditions, but will not tolerate any standing water. It is considered to be drought-tolerant, and thus makes an ideal choice for a low-water garden or xeriscape application. Cleome Sparkler Series Cleome hasslerana 'Sparkler As a hybrid, this Cleome series is genetically more dwarf, resulting in a plant habit about 1/2 to 2/3 the size of traditional garden cleome. The bushy, well-branched plants grow very uniformly in the garden, thus making it a great focal point in gardens, or as a landscape planting. If grown in 6" pots or larger, plants can be sold 'in spike'. Height: 42-48", 24-36" spread. Grow in full sun to partial shade. Blush Lavender Rose Page 6 White Cuphea Hyssopifolia ‘Lavender’ A lovely lavender Cuphea variety that is extremely versatile and can be used for small or large containers, combinations, hanging baskets or in the landscape. Blooms nearly year-round. Grows in Full sun. Can grow up to 15” tall and 1215” wide. Cuphea 'Mellow Yellow' This 2011 introduction has glossy, dark green foliage and is loaded with bright yellow flowers that bloom year round. Uniform trailing habit and is very attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Needs Full sun and not cold hardy. Cuphea Hyssopifolia 'Brazilian White' White flowers on glossy, narrow leaved plant. blooms continuously till frost. Ideal for mixed containers. Height 12-18". Grow in Full Sun. Chenille Acalypha 'Pendula Red' ‘Pendula Red’ is a unique and popular plant with compact growth and long, bright red, fuzzy cattail flowers that are easy to grow and can flower all year long. Great for hanging baskets and summer containers. Duranta "Gold Mound - Duranta erecta An award-winning Landscape Elite™ upright shrub with bright yellow and green foliage that is a perfect addition to any landscape or containers. Variegated yellow and green foliage. Light blue tubular flowers will appear from July to October. Heat and sun loving. Large containers, landscape, combination pots, planting in areas with restricted water regimes, accent plant. Dusty Miller New Look Senecio cineraria Large, deeply lobed leaves with white wooly hairs the New Look series makes a great border plant. Grows 6-12” and requires full sun. Page 7 Dianthus Available starting November 6th Dianthus Diana Series F1 Dianthus chinensis The Diana series has extra-large, 2 to 2 1/2" blooms that dominate the basal-branching plants, in a blaze of showy color. Be sure to add this series to your plant selection. Neither you nor your customers will be disappointed! Grows 8-10" tall and 6-8" in width. Requires full sun. Blueberry Lavender Picotee Pink Purple centered white Red centered white Scarlett Scarlett Picotee White Dianthus Dash Series D. barbatus Compact, uniform and more basally branched than the Amazon Series. Dash is the best D. barbatus for premium quarts and gallons. Plant in fertile, well drained soil and water as needed. Grows 15-20” tall and 12-14” wide. Grows in full sun. (At least 6 hours) White Pink Violet Page 8 Geraniums Pelargonium x hortorum Geraniums boast spectacular displays of 4 to 5 inch diameter flower clusters composed of small florets arranged in a half sphere. Geraniums benefit from full sun and moderate to rich, well-drained, moist soil. Incorporate a slow-release fertilizer into the soil at planting time. In flower beds, space them 12-14 inches apart and avoid over watering. Geraniums are used as a colorful groundcover on slopes and lawns and they are excellent in containers of all types from small pots to large tubs to window boxes. Sarita is a single-flower ivy/zonal cross, especially bred for heat tolerance. Its spreading habit makes it very suitable for landscaping and its large flowers are self-cleaning. Lilac Splash Pink Dark Red Punch Sunstar Red Wild Salmon Ivy Geraniums Pelargonium x peltatum Ivy-leaf geraniums have an entirely different character than their zonal geranium cousins. Long, trailing stems make them ideal for containers of all kinds. When it comes to temperature and your ivy geranium, moderation is key. Ivy geraniums need some afternoon shade if temps rise above 90 degree F. An excellent foliage contrast in containers, baskets, window boxes or garden beds. Produces small white flowers in warm tropical conditions, but is mainly sold as a foliage plant for accent. Grows 10-12” tall and 24-36” wide. Full Sun. Lantana Lantana Camara Lemon Yellow Compact type that grows 10-12” tall & 12-16” wide. Full Sun Pink-Yellow New Gold Magenta-Yellow Mounding habit. Full Sun Lobelia Techno Heat Series Lobelia hybrid 'Techno Heat' Unlike most trailing lobelias, this cultivar does not falter in hot temperatures. Techno Heat Series is covered in intense flowers. Its semitrailing, mounding habit is a great addition to containers and hanging baskets. Provide full sun to partial shade and fertile, moist soil. Grows 6-12” in height and 1-3’ in width. Electric Blue Dark Blue Page 11 White Marigolds Tagetes patula Durango Series Available starting November 5th The highest quality anemone-type marigolds. Durangos deliver more blooms, stronger stems, and better uniformity than other marigolds of this type. Extra large, 2-2 1/2” solid and bicolor blooms are yellow, gold, orange and mahogany-red. The 10-12” plants are drought and disease tolerant. Plant in full sun. Bee Bolero Flame Red Tangerine Yellow Taishan Series (African) Tagetes erecta These are large-flowered African marigolds that will be available in gold, orange and yellow. There is also a mix available, which is extremely showy. You’ll find these to be rather compact, reaching 12 inches tall with a spread close to 10 inches. Full Sun Marigolds (French) Tagetes patula Little Hero Series & Devil Fire A dwarf French crested-type marigold. An early bloomer with very large flowers, 2-2½ inches, on compact plants. An excellent performer in hot weather and ideal for late season plantings. Grows 6-8" tall and 10-12” Little Hero Yellow Little Hero Orange wide. Full Sun Mona Lavender Plectranthus Very free-flowering with excellent heat and drought tolerance, the plants put on an intense color display in mixed containers and landscapes. Upright plants feature flower spikes covered with dark lavender florets similar to mini-orchids, over fuzzy, dark green foliage that is a rich purple color on the underside. Grows 12-16” tall and 24” wide. Partial shade. Harmony’s have large round flowers with excellent garden performance and are particularly tolerant to high temperatures. In South Florida’s Fall &Winter they can withstand full sun to partial shade. Lavender Red Purple White Salvia “Evolution Series” Salvia farinacea Salvia Evolution makes a striking expression when planted in masses in your landscape. Not available until after Nov 5th. White Pink Yellow Red Purple Orange Plumblossum Sonnet Series Sonnet Snapdragons are a taller variety that makes beautiful backdrops for shorter plants. Snapdragons do best when the weather is cool but will stop blooming when the weather gets hot. When it cools off again they resume blooming. These lightly scented flowers will attract butterflies. Requires full sun. Grows 18-24” tall and 12” wide. Not available until Dec. 2nd. Crimson Orange Pink Rose Page 18 Yellow White Sunpatiens Impatiens x hybrida hort Sunpatiens is a revolutionary new hybrid impatiens that thrives in sun and takes the heat. Sunpatiens are the result of an intense breeding program that has spanned many years and has been tested the world over. Strong weather tolerant plants that hold up well to wind and rain while thicker petals and foliage are less prone to disease. Grows 24-42” tall and wide in the garden. Make sure you have good irrigation. Sunpatiens are Downey Mildew resistant. Blush Pink Magenta Orange Deep Rose Red Lilac White Sun Harmony New Guinea Impatiens These hybrid New Guinea Impatiens out-bloom regular New Guinea impatiens in hot and humid climates. They are crosses between New Guinea species and others from southeast Asia. Much better performers than regular New Guinea impatiens. Sun Harmony’s grow similar to Sunpatiens in habit and size. Very aggressive grower and can take the heat and the sun. Make sure you have good irrigation as the like water. Grows 20-36” tall and wide. Magenta Salmon Page 19 Violet Verbena Empress Series Verbena bonariensis Empress Verbena produces extra large brilliant blooms in a wide range of colors. All are uniform in plant habit with a broad leaf pattern to protect against mildew and water stress. These features make Empress Series a standout series. Grow in Full Sun.
