Brunch celebration on May 2, 2016, in a casual yet luxurious atmosphere overlooking the Nile in STRADA
restaurant, the perfect venue to celebrate with family and friends.

The buffet-style brunch showcases the best of Egyptian Sham El Nessim favourites such as ringa with
potato salad (smoked herring) and traditional seafood dishes. The Hotel’s talented Executive Chef Erwan
Lauranceau and his team have prepared a rich variety of delicacies from around the world including Italian,
Far Eastern and Arabic cuisine, from an extensive assorted salad bar to a live pasta cooking station.
Experience a one-of-a-kind open oven set up and watch the talented chef crafting the Italian delicious
pizzas with the guitar melodies as a backdrop. The biggest surprise comes at the end when guests see the
tantalising dessert buffet tastefully prepared by the pastry team with themed colourful Sham El Nessim eggs
for adults and children.
Sham El Nessim celebration is a memorable time of the year not only for adults but also for children. Kids’
entertainment at STRADA will include a magician show, face painting and other surprises, making brunch
more attractive for families with kids.
