With two full service Rubber Goods Test Labs in
Illinois and Massachusetts, Hi-Line tests over 250,000
rubber gloves, sleeves, blankets, line hose, hoods,
and boots each year. Hi-Line tests all classes of rubber
goods from Class 00 to Class 4.

2. Run a flat measuring tape around
your palm following a line across all
of your knuckles.
3. Add 1" for your final glove size.

These Salisbury rubber insulating gloves combine high dielectric and physical strength, flexibility and
durability. Salisbury gloves have earned the reputation for superior performance meeting and exceeding the
requirements of ASTM D120 specifications. Low voltage gloves are available in Type I Natural Rubber and
Type II Salcor Ozone Resistant Rubber.

Blankets are manufactured to high quality standards
and subjected to a series of thorough inspections to assure

• Black natural rubber (Type-I) is for use where
ozone concentrations are low.

Manufactured from Type II Salcor, our lightweight,
flexible line hose is resistant to the effects of ozone
and ultraviolet deterioration. The construction
securely interlocks with its corresponding covers and
connectors. Available as Straight Line Hose or with a
Connector End for easier connection of line hose and

COUPLER END LINE HOSE
INSULATOR COVERS - TYPE II
Weather resistant, type II Insulator Covers are
used with conventional line hose to cover pin-type
insulators. All covers feature RIB-GRIP construction
to lock to the underside of the insulators. The large
diameter arm overlaps the small arm of the adjoining
cover on double arm constructions which provides
complete insulation at the joint.

This 6', Type I high density, cross link polyethylene
cover is rated Class 4 (36.6 kV guarded phase to
guarded phase). It is applied using rubber gloves when

5' Conductor Cover with GripAll Adapter
EXPANDABLE CROSS ARM COVER

For energized line work, this rigid cover up
fits onto crossarm sizes up to 3-3/4" x 4-3/4". The
two-piece design telescopes from 13.1" to 20.9". A
hotstick adapter permits handling with a clampstick.
Meets ASTM Class 3 for 26.4kV phase-to-phase.

They are 21" long,
8-1/2" wide and available in 6" and 9" heights to
