Rebecca Moore and Tom Blain share a common undying determination to play and create which makes them a commanding and influential musical force. Rebecca and Tom utilise traditional folk instruments such as mandolin, vocals, guitar and banjo, combined with a contemporary artistic sensibility to create a unique and dynamic musical experience. This innovation is one that will, hopefully, help applicants and the volunteers who process the application forms.
