24 SEPTEMBER 2015 PRINCIPALS COMMENT ISSUE 16 ART WEEK Dear Parents/Caregivers, Creativity is alive and well at Windsor North - some absolutely wonderful ‘works of art’ have been created this term. Art Week has been a wonderful way to end a very busy term - and a most successful one. In the last month Windsor North children have enjoyed considerable success in ICAS exams, the Southland Science Fair, the Tri Nations sports competition and the Southland Speech competition. Congratulations to all involved - you can all be very proud of your efforts. We look forward to another busy term ahead with a Technology inquiry, swimming, a visit from the Education Review office (ERO), and the upcoming Art Auction. In the meantime have a very safe and enjoyable holiday with your families. We are always amazed by the generosity of the school community and in the past we have had cakes, loaves, muffins, sweets, slices and biscuits.
