The pumps consist of an electric pump motor coupled below a pump unit. As the pump and motor are immersed in the water and the pump is cooled by the water. Because the water column is pumped from below there is no theoretical limit to the depth of well as long as the pump can be designed to provide the required flow and pressure. Bespoke Hybrid Power Solutions Rigorous trials at test sites in a number of different territories have proved the technology has the potential to offer carbon emission savings of between 48% and 80%. In addition it can also offer savings in OPEX of between 50% and 85%. Ideally suited to countries where centralised power is unstable and diesel generators are required to run for at least 30% of each day. Remanufacturing Engines at the end of their economic life are stripped down to their individual components in quality-controlled factory conditions, cleaned, examined and tested. Remanufacturing is different from repairing, rebuilding or reconditioning, since the resultant engine is equivalent to a new product. The surfaces of some components are repaired; other parts are replaced; and a new (reman) product is built to the necessary standard using a mix of old and new components and supplied with a new product warranty. Pump Sets High Flow Irrigation Pumps • Flow – up to 600 M3/hr • Head – 8 to 25 metres Air – cooled TR engines provide: • Tropical / temperature conditions • Ambient temperatures up to 52C • 24 hours continuous operation • Handle start Bio Rig • Makes ISO quality B100 Bio-Diesel from straight or recycled vegetable oils (palm; peanut; soy; vegetable; rapeseed) • 420 litres of B100 bio-diesel per hour • Power input - 14.4kW • Renewable energy (carbon neutral). • Stainless steel construction • Lister Petter Bio-Alpha engine will run on pure B100 Bio-Diesel. • Bio-Diesel can be blended to make B20 to match diesel vehicle requirements.
