Cru, on Saturday.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY : (package with accommodation)
The inscription form fully completed with a credit card number per
room is required. A deposit of 50.00$ (CAN) will be taken. The inscription form
should be sent to the Chéribourg Hotel ON OR BEFORE JULY 5th, 2015. After this date, rooms that are not reserved will be released; however, any
request for reservation will be accepted according to availability.
If a written cancellation is presented ON OR BEFORE JULY 5th, 2015, no penalty will be applied. After that date, the full payment will be required
and will be deducted from the credit card number provided on the form.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY : (catering non-resident)
The inscription form fully completed with a credit card number per room is required. The full amount for
the catering package will be deducted upon
reservation. The thinscription form must be sent to the Chéribourg Hotel ON OR BEFORE JULY 24th, 2015. If a written cancellation is provided
AFTER JULY 24 , 2015, no refund will be provided.
