Monday 1st – ARRIVAL AND VISIT TO THE FEDERATION
Morning or afternoon: Tour of the central area of the Federation called ‘Damjl’ and the
centre of Art, Research and Well-being called ‘Damanhur Crea’.
Tuesday 2nd – VISIT TO THE
TEMPLES OF HUMANKIND
Morning: Visit of the Temples, first
part.
Afternoon: Preparation for the visit of
the Temples of Humankind, with a
special meditation in the Gallery of
Selfic Paintings or walking meditation
in the Stone Labyrinths (depending on
the weather), to prepare for the second
part of the visit of the Temples. Visit of
the Temples, second part. You are
totally FILLED up med impressions after this and might need some time alone to digest!

Wednesday 3rd – EXPERIENCE THE SACRED
WOOD AND WALK THE STONE CIRCUITS
Morning: Guided meditation aka Damanhur,
followed by visiting the Sacred Wood, open air
extension of the underground Temples of
Humankind. Exquisite experience enjoying the
Music of the Trees. The research on plant
sensitivity began over twenty years ago and it was
one of the first research fields that made Damanhur
famous around the world. With the use of home
produced electronic instruments, which became
increasingly more sophisticated, we studied how
plants reacted to their environment and measured their ability to learn.
Lunch in one of the communities or Damanhur Crea (contribution is not included in the
programme).
Afternoon: As the antennas of the underground Temples of Humankind, the Sacred Woods is
a place where the elements unite. Here you will find various circuits and spirals dedicated to
healing and creativity. You will spend the afternoon knowing more about the stone circuits
and experimenting them through walking meditations.
Thursday 4th – EXPERIENCE COMMUNAL
DEVOTIONAL WORK IN THE SACRED
WOODS OR IN A DIFFERENT COMMUNITY
The whole day: This day we really get into the life of
Damanhur, as we devote some time giving a hand in
different territories of Damanhur. Lunch in the
communities.
7.30pm-8.30pm Communal meeting exchanging on
Damanhurian Philosophy.

Dinner in one of our communities (contribution is not included in the programme).
Friday 5th – ART WORKSHOP – and this you can look
forward to – artist or not 
9am - 6pm: A full day dedicated to art, facilitated by an
experienced Damanhurian sculptor. A playful medit-action to
express our creativity and discover talents and treasures.
6pm Evening conference with one of the main founders of
Damanhur.
after 7pm It’s possible to have a PRANO SELFICA healing
session.
‘PRANO SELFICA’ is a prana session amplified by the Selfica
structure present in the studio. The energies you will contact
are intelligent energies that you can direct through your will
where you feel the best (cost is not included in the
programme).

Saturday 6th – VISIT DIFFERENT SETTLEMENTS
OF THE FEDERATION AND MEDITATION IN THE
TEMPLES
Morning: Meditation in the Temples, facilitated by
Damanhurian guides.
Afternoon: Guided visit to two other settlements of
the Federation. Visit to “Aval”, the community with
one of the most advanced alternative energy
production systems in the Federation and the area
of agriculture – house and farm.
Dinner in our restaurant.
Night at the Abaton (“dream-rooms” in alignment with the different Halls of the Temple)
Sunday 7th – SPIRITUAL PHYSICS
Morning: Introduction to Spiritual Physics in Abaton living room. This field has been studied
and developed in Damanhur for many years. The session will offer an introduction to the
great mysteries of the universe. Questions and answers about Damanhur.
Afternoon: Departure.
Cost of the program: 733 Euro per person, includes programme described above, facilitators,
interpreters, astrological reading and quantum sound therapy and transports within the
Federation during the time scheduled.
Additional costs:
 Accommodation: Guest houses with shared rooms (2-4 persons) and facilities (28 Euro
per night per person). This means 6 nights x 28 = 168 Euro – you take care of this
payment yourself to Damanhur at your arrival.
 Breakfast, lunch and dinner are excluded (meals should be paid directly at the various
restaurants, communities and we shop for ourselves in Crea) – very affordable!
(Estimate 30 Euro for daily meals). This means 7 days x 30 = 210 Euro – that you pay
along the way.
Payment:
 412 Euro via money order/bank transfer or paypal to Damanhur/Savannah the 15th
of June 2016 at the latest (see details below).
You take care of your own flight to Turin or other transport to Damanhur at time for
arrival (3pm on Monday the 1st of August).
Savannah take care of your deposit for Damanhur and airport shuttle if needed. The
rest of the program, 321 Euro + accommodation is paid to Damanhur at the arrival.
