During that time he has progressed from Molder, to Molding Department Foreman, Core Shop Foreman, Cleaning and Machining Department Foreman to Plant Manager. He is presently engaged in Sales and Service. He will present a 4-step method to attacking problems of and developing of new ideas. Mr. Hokenson received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1950. He has served the Bethlehem Steel Company since that time in various capacities through Maintenance Foreman, Foundry Engineer, Engineer Manufacturing Division and now serves as General Foreman of the Ingot Mold Foundry. He will present a brief description of the Bethlehem Steel Company's Methods Improvement Program including the reasons for its introduction and the benefits derived therefrom.
