ANOINTED, TRANSFORMED, REDEEMED:
A STUDY OF DAVID
Deborah Gholston – 6 lessons EBC: Douglasville
This study provides you with an intimate look into the heart of
three women who explored their lives and the life of David in this
Bible study. The messages presented focuses on the life of David
at a different stage of his life: as a young man, as a middle-aged
man, and as a man facing the final third of his life. You'll laugh
with them, cry with them, and learn to love God with them. Class
meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. beginning April 16. Cost for the
book is $10.
ISAIAH PART 1: THE WORD OF THE HOLY ONE TO
ISRAEL, THE REMNANT, AND THE NATIONS . . . AND
THE PROMISE OF THE CHILD TO BE BORN
Sylvia Smith & Tunisia Staten - 14 lessons
Isaiah is the crown jewel of Old Testament prophets, a
book that strikes awe in the heart of its reader, especially
when its poetry is read in the Hebrew. In Isaiah Part 1, we'll
meet the Holy One of Israel, and learn how He deals with
those who claim Him as God but don't honor Him as God
in the way that they live. And we'll find the destiny of
nations, the future of all mankind ... including ours. Class
meets on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. beginning April 14. Cost
of the book is $28.
THE MIND OF CHRIST
Leila Richardson- 13 lessons
This in-depth study introduces believers to a lifelong process
through which God will renew their minds and their lives to reflect
the image of Christ. Based on Philippians 2:5: "Let this mind be in
you, which was also in Christ Jesus," the study shows you how
Jesus' mind worked and how the Holy Spirit can teach you to think
as He did. Class meets on Sundays from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.
beginning April 14. Cost of the book is $10.
PREPARED TO MEET YOUR GOD
Henry Jackson, III - 3 lessons
As the Lord prophesied warnings about coming judgment
through a shepherd named Amos, He can also send forth
His Word through you to save others from coming
judgment. Study how people can be prepared to meet
their God, and your heart can be stirred to proclaim the
warning with hope for those who heed it. Class meets on
Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. beginning April 25. Cost of the
book is $5

Sylvia Smith – Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. beginning April 23
Traci Fenderson – Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. beginning May 14
In this study you will observe the different responses of people
to Jesus. Just as the people of Jesus’ time on earth were

Jesus is, but what does God’s Word say . . . and what is your
response to Him? Cost for the book is $11

Brandi Spyies – 6 lessons
As imperfect people living in an imperfect world, we

deep, forgiveness doesn't come easy. As you dig into what the

Is ChrIstIanIty true?
Have you ever been "stumped" by difficult questions from
someone of another faith or the claims of our Hollywood
celebrities that “all religions lead to God”? Our life is
bombarded on a daily basis with challenges to the
truthfulness of what Christians believe about God, Jesus,
the Bible, and what’s right or wrong. EBC’s Bible
Conference will share what the Bible says regarding
these topics. There’s no need for you to cower in fear of
what you believe and you can boldly share your faith in
confidence knowing you are sharing the truth of the
gospel. The gospel of Jesus Christ is defensible, because
it is truth! For more information contact Sylvia Smith at
