becomes Lincoln Ave . in Escondido. Travel on Lincoln approx. 2

Grand Prizes
Visit 21 Quilt Shops during 2 weeks over 8 days
June 16th - 19th & 23rd - 26th, 2016
You must have your Adult Score Card stamped by all 21 participating Shops to be eligible for the Grand Prizes. 1 Grand
Prize Winner per prize. Winners selected by random drawing on June 27, 2016.
Area Prizes
You must have your Adult Score Card stamped by all participating Shops in an Area to be eligible to win that Area’s Adult
Prizes. 1 Area Prize per Winner. Adolescent Winners will be selected only for the Adolescent Baskets in each Area.

Shop Baskets
The Winner of each Shop Basket will be the first 2016 Quilter’s Run participant to return to a participating Shop between
June 28th and September 31st, 2016 with an original Game Board pattern (as proof of participation), a completed quilt
(pieced, quilted, bound, and labeled) based on our Game Board pattern that uses at least 21 Fabric Game Pieces and
measures at least 48” x 48”. Each participating Shop will give you 1 Free Laser Cut Fabric Game Piece (21 free pieces in all
if you go to every Shop) during the Quilter’s Run Dates. Additional Game Pieces will be available for purchase should you
wish to use additional pieces - through September 31, 2016, while supplies last.
If a shop does not have a Winner by September 31, 2016 the prize Shop Basket will be forfeit or awarded at the shop
owner’s discretion. The Winner’s compliance in regard to a qualifying quilt is subject to approval by the participating shop
owner’s discretion. Winner may claim only one Shop Basket. Winner must agree to be photographed with their quilt;
photos will be shared via Facebook or other SCAQSO approved methods, along with Winner’s name, date won, and name
of the quilt. Winners are encouraged to allow their quilt to be displayed in the Shop where they won!
Turn in your Score Card by 5pm on 06/26/16 to be eligible for prizes.
Winners must claim prizes within 90 days or prize shall be forfeit.
