IT WAS OUR BURNING DESIRE to create a place that made
people feel happy in this breath-taking setting. And so, with the
opening of our ‘Bratpfandl’ restaurant 40 years ago, we began the
first chapter in the STOCK story and we have continued to write it

only 3 km from the Stock resort. Just
let us know when your train is due, we
would be delighted to pick you up from
the train station free of charge! You
would rather fly? We would recommend
Innsbruck for the nearest airport. From
there it will take you about another hour
to get to our hotel. We would be happy
to book a taxi from the airport for you,
just let us know.
BED AND BREAKFAST: If you choose to stay as a
bed and breakfast guest only, a concession of € 15.00
per person and day applies.
DOGS WELCOME ONLY UPON REQUEST: € 28.00
per dog and day. Max. 1 dog per room. Please bring
your own dog blanket and basket. Dog food charge
depends on what you order. Your four-legged friend
is not allowed access to some of the suites, the
dining room, the spa area and the sunbathing lawn.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We reserve the right to charge you for any cleaning
that may become necessary due to your dog.
WELLNESS TREATMENT AND PAMPERING INCLUDED: Wellness treatment and pampering included:
Starts on day of arrival at 1:00 p.m. and ends on
day of departure at 11:00 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS: Room cancellations are only
valid if made in writing. Up to three months before
your appointed date of arrival, you can cancel the
hospitality contract without having to pay a cancellation charge. If you cancel your booking up to one
month before your appointed date of arrival, we
will charge you 40 % of the full price. If you cancel
up to one week before the appointed date of arrival, we will charge you 70 % of the full price. If you
arrive late or leave early, we will charge you 90 %
of the full price of your stay. The Austrian hotel
regulations apply.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE: For a mere
€ 3.00 per person and booked day, you can get
cover against all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness (medical certificate required) or
other serious personal matters concerning the
insured, the children, siblings, parents or grandparents. If you do not want to make use of this
good-value service, please tell us separately when
placing your booking.
DEPOSIT: When making a fixed reservation, we ask
for a deposit of € 500.00 per room, payable by
credit card or bank transfer to:

SAVINGS: Savings can only be claimed once per
booking. We will always give you the best possible
offer. Package deal weeks should be booked in
advance. You will not be reimbursed for services
you did not make use of. Please note that you can
only book a room category, not, however, a specific room number or floor.
With the publication of the new price list, all previous rates become invalid. Rates, misprints and
errors as well as offers remain subject to change.
The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract law
apply.
