Custom Artwork, Logos, and Signatures:
• You will need to provide clean, black and white artwork,
scaled to fit the impression area. (Banners: scaled to
11” x 17”)
• Color separation is required where applicable.
• No photocopies will be accepted.
• Laser copies must be a minimum of 600 dpi.
• Screens are not available unless otherwise specified
by product.
• For signatures: please sign 3 times on white unlined paper
in a black felt tip pen.
Photo Releases:
A signed authorization form must accompany your order for
reproduction. Do not paper clip or staple through the photo. Do not
send in your only original photo. Make sure you retain your original for
your files. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged photos.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Quantity: If none is indicated, one will be made.
2. Extra Charge Item Number: If an Extra Charge is applicable, please indicate item
number and quantity.
3. Typestyle Number: If a typestyle is not specified, 43C or B02C (Swiss Caps or
Helvetica Medium Caps) will be used for all products unless an exception is noted.
Maximum number of lines and characters for stamps are based on 10 pt. Swiss Caps.
Please contact customer service for information on any other products.
4. Format Number: A format number must be chosen on all circular stamps and daters.
5. Stock Logos or Embosser Designs: Choose from pages 90 thru 91.
6. Custom Stamps Ink Color: If an ink color is not specified, Black will be used.
Special exceptions may be noted by certain stamps. Certain Date Stamps are available
with two ink choices. Indicate copy and date color choices in Special Instructions.
7. Seals & Embossers: Specify the direction you will be using your embosser: top, bottom,
left or right of the paper for a Seal Embosser; from the top or the bottom for the Stationery
Embosser. If a direction is not specified, the Seal Embossers will be made to be used from
the left and the Stationery Embossers from the bottom.
8. Badges, Signs, Awards and Gifts:
Plastic/Metal Color Number:
Plastic Badges/Signs: If a plastic color is not specified, S6 (Black with White) will be used.
Metal Badges: shown on page 55; if a plastic insert color is not specified, F734 (Gold with Black)
will be used.
Metal Plates: shown on page 73; if a metal color is not specified, B8012 (Gold) will be used.
Imprint Color: If a color is not specified for the back fill on Reversed Engraved Plastic,
Black or White will be used. On Hot-Stamped Badges, if a foil color is not specified, Black
or White will be used.
Fastener: If a fastener is not specified, a pin will be used.
Holder Color: If a holder color is not specified, Gold will be used on Metal Holders,
Clear will be used on Plexiglass Holders; and Black will be used on Plastic Holders.
Wall/Door Sign Mounting: Your mounting choices are:
• Adhesive Backing
• Foam Tape
• Drilled Holes (Screws Not Included)
• Magnetic Stripping (Extra Charge)
• Velcro® (Extra Charge). Specify hook (used for cubical walls, etc.) or loop side
(attaches only to hook side) when ordering. If not indicated, hook side will be used.
• If a mounting option is not specified, adhesive backing wil be used.
CAM Medallion: Choose a CAM Medallion for Awards shown on page 80.
9. Special Instructions: Use this space to indicate any special instructions or logos.
10. Banners and Magnetic Signs: If colors are not specified, Black with White letters will be
used on Economy Banners and White with Black Letters will be used on all other Banners
and Magnetic Signs.
11. Formatted Phone Cards: If a stock and imprint color is not specified, White stock will be
used with Black imprint.
12. Information Desired on Product: Please print or type clearly in the space provided.
Attach an additional sheet if necessary. All copy is typeset to fill stamps and all
other products will be produced using our discretion unless otherwise noted in
Special Instructions.
