The Ag Land Preservation Board will be utilizing the meeting rooms at the 4-H Center for their February and September Mtg’s and will be held in the evening. Farm Bureau has suggested this idea to County Leadership in order to make the mtgs more conducive to your time. Please support this effort! •Tuesday, February 18th 7pm• Montgomery County Farm Bureau Day Stephanie Sansone has been hired to fulfill the position as Region 1 ROD. “I am originally a New Jersey native who grew up riding and working at a local riding facility in northern NJ. I then attended Morrisville State College in Morrisville, NY and pursed a bachelor’s degree in equine science. I always had an appreciation for agriculture but was never exposed too much of it because of the area I grew up in. Once I went away to college I was able to gain a good understanding of the industry through the college’s agricultural school and my fellow students. After graduation I pursued a career working in the equine breeding industry with Standardbreds and Quarter Horses but was always interested in working with more of an agricultural variety which is how I found the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau.” Monday, February 10, 2014 The Bay Pony Inn 508 Old Skippack Rd Lederach, PA 19450 Time: 9:30 AM—3:00 PM RSVP to Stephanie Sansone by February 3,2014 (610) 533-2558 or SMSansone@pfb.com Program to include legislative updates, transportation regulations information, and membership recognition. *For every membership brought in by a member that day your name will be entered into a raffle drawing* *Prizes will be announced that day.* 3 Montgomery County Farm Bureau Wendy Freed, Editor 370 W.
