CONFIRMATION
All bookings must be confirmed in writing within fourteen days of
the initial booking. Management reserves the right to cancel any
unconfirmed bookings.
DEPOSIT
When you confirm your event, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000
will be required to hold the requested date.
CHANGE OF VENUE
In the event of unforseen circumstances or any alteration to
numbers, Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne reserves the right to change
the venue to another suitable room. Every effort will be made to
discuss the change with the organiser well in advance.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing to take effect.
NOTICE OF 60 – 31 DAYS
Cancellations made within sixty to thirty-one days of the event
date will incur 50% of the total estimated function cost as quoted.
NOTICE WITHIN 30 DAYS
Cancellations made within thirty days will incur 100% of the total
estimated function cost as quoted .
GUARANTEED NUMBERS
We’ll need to know final numbers seven days before your event.
This will be regarded as the minimum number for catering and
charging purposes. If numbers fall below eighty persons, a
surcharge will apply.
PAYMENT
Full pre-payment is required thirty days before your event for
the total estimated amount of food, beverage and incidentals. If
beverages are to be charged on consumption basis and you do
not reach your estimated budget, the outstanding amount will be
credited back. Any additional costs must be settled at the end of
the evening.
MENU SELECTION
Your menu selection needs to be confirmed at least one month
before your event.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Due to licensing laws, no alcohol will be served through your event.
INSURANCE
Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne will take all necessary care, but
cannot take responsibility for the damages or loss of items before,
during or after an event.

PRICE VARIATIONS
We’ll let you know of any unavoidable price changes no later than
thirty days before your date. While we do our best to maintain
prices as we originally quote them to you, they may be subject to
alteration particularly when bookings are made well in advance.
EVENT SURCHARGES
Events falling on a Public Holiday will incur a 15% surcharge to the
total food and beverage cost. Events falling on a Sunday will incur
a 10% surcharge to the total food and beverage cost.
GST
We’ve already included GST in all prices contained in this kit.
