1.- Identificaion of the parcels of land and the neighborhood where we
propose to lacate the housing compound. And the land owner’s letters

2.- Information regarding to the capability of our group for undertaking the
development of projects of this size, scope and quality. Inclding our
experience in the Dominican Republic.
3.- Demostration of our ability to complete the housing Project within the
time required.
4.- Demostration of the group financial and the bank’s letter of comintment
for the short and long term financing of the Project.

Qualified landowners and/or developers for the construction
and lease to the USG of housing compound.
The compound would contain 75 residential dwelling units of
two to four‐bedrooms.
The compound should be less than a 20 minute commute in
normal traffic from the existing Embassy and new planned
Embassy Compound.
The housing compound must, if possible, contain recreational
amenities (Clubhouse, pool, tennis and baskectball court, etc.)
A Build‐to‐Lease agreement will be negotiated and executed
and will provide for annual rent payments from the USG
during the term of the lease.
The initial term of the lease shall be aproximately seven to
nine years and shall be renewable.
CONSIDERATIONS:
• Identificacion of the parcel of land.
• Demonstration the principals in the firm undertaking the development have
