Big Nasty ATV Park (Combo) (Bloomingdale, GA) (912-663-8588) This brand new offroad park opened for business in March 2010 and offers over 20 miles of trails, mud bogs plus a peewee track and a one mile natural terrain motocross track. Trails can get very muddy and slick during wet weather. A peewee track is available plus an adult track is in the works. Permit Required? Climate Type Miles Long Dates Open Entry Fee? Davenport Mountain OHV Trails (Blairsville, GA) (706-745-6928) The Davenport Mountain OHV Trail is 5.9 miles in length. The trails are suitable for motorcycles and ATVs. This trail loops around Davenport Mountain with some moderate grades, and offers views of Nottely Lake. This trail is approximately 12.0 miles west of Blairsville, GA. The trail offers sharp switchbacks and steep sections. There are no services so come prepared. It follows a multi-purpose woods road over piney rides and through hollows of oak and yellow poplar forest. View timber stands in various states of development Permit Required? You will come across loose dirt mostly, sand, dust and some trees so don’t expect to find a lot of shade. You can practice your tricks and run as fast as you can at the berms with small and large jumps Town Creek OHV Trail System (Greensboro, GA) (770-297-3000) The trails are 15 miles in length. This double loop trail has numerous creek crossings in the rolling piedmont of middle Georgia. It starts at a hunt camp. Loop A is for two wheeled vehicles only Loop B is for ATV's and Four wheelers. Jeeps and other such UTV type vehicle are not allowed. This trail system consists of two one-way loops with a total of 15 miles of trail. Trail Loop A is for motorcycles only and has some challenging sections such as deep water filled ruts, tree roots and tight, narrow turns Permit Required? There are two separate staging areas that give direct access to the trail loops Whissenhunt OHV Trail System (Dahlonega, GA) (706-745-6928) The Whissenhunt OHV Trail is 11.2 miles in length with all two-way traffic trails, except for two motorcycle trails. The trails are suitable for motorcycles and ATVs. The trail system is approximately 6.0 miles north of Dahlonega, GA. Users are required to stay on the signed trails to prevent damage to the surrounding resources. Whissenhunt hours of operation are from sunrise to sunset. ATV's are prohibited above the Milma Creek trail intersection. The Windy Gap trail connects with Tibbs and Milma Creek trails, and conditions include: steep hills, large rocks and numerous tight turns. This challenging OHV trail system consists of two ATV trails and one motorcycle trail. The two ATV trails have some creek crossings, and some rocky and gravel sections. Permit Required? Locust Stake OHV Trail System (Toccoa, GA) (706-754-6221) This area has about 10 miles of two-way traffic trail loops can be found in this area.
