CELEBRATING 25 YEARS
1990
Rapid Plas is a family owned and operated
business which was established in 1990.
Originally trading from a farm near Tamworth as
Rapid Stock Equipment, the family now operates
3 separate businesses in NSW: Rapid Plas,
Rapid Spray and Arrow Farmquip. With a
background in farming, we know and understand
the fundamental issues and opportunities of the
farming industry today and are dedicated to
providing optimum products and ultimate
customer service to these needs.
1993-4
Needing more room to expand in 1993, Rapid
moved premises, and in the same year built it’s
first rotational moulding machine. The Rapid
Plas range quickly began to grow and by the end
of 1994 we were making over 40 poly products.
With the increased product range it was time to
build our second moulding machine.
1996
By 1996 Rapid Plas was on the move again.
In July we moved into our new factory which is
where we are located today.
1992
In 1992 Rapid released
its first poly trough and
rainwater tank. At the
same time we moved off
the farm and set up a
warehouse in Tamworth.

1997
Introducing the 5000 gallon Rapid Plas tank!
In 1997 Rapid Plas built another two moulding
machines and was able to produce the popular
5000 gallon tank.
2006
The Strong Arm is invented! Rapid
Plas starts manufacturing their large
traditional tanks with a stainless
steel roof beam that provides you
with a tank which has
unprecedented strength.
2012
In 2012 the Rapid Plas product range exploded when
we added 30+ new products to our range including
the popular Tank & Trough Combo.
2002
In 2002 the first of the popular Pro Tub troughs
was introduced to the Rapid Plas range.
2007-8
Dedicated to improving quality Rapid Plas
began processing it’s own polymer powder
in 2007. By the end of the 2008 we had built
another factory shed and moulding machine.
2015
Today Rapid Plas employs over 60 local staff and is continuing to grow. With
excellence being our tradition, we are continuing to adapt, change and
improve our products to meet our customers’ needs. We value any feedback or
suggestions for improvements that you, as our valued customer may have.
