Gospel According to Jazz This Friday
The countdown is on for Texas Southern University’s
annual “Gospel According to Jazz” with Kirk Whalum, Chanté
Moore and Gerald Albright. Tickets are still on sale and can be
purchased online at www.tsu.edu or can be picked in Hannah
Hall room 210.
We are looking forward to an exciting evening of
entertainment by three legendary musicians December 6 in
Sawyer Auditorium. This is a reminder of the procedures that
have been put into place to ensure an enjoyable evening of jazz
music.

Parking Directions

 VIP ticket purchases include parking in lot V-1 directly behind
the Robert J. Terry Library. There will be signage to direct you
accordingly. You must present your printed ticket to gain
entrance into the lot. If you have guests that ride separately
they must have a valid identification card to gain entrance.
 Reserved and Balcony ticket holders must park in the East
Parking Garage. There will be signage to direct you
accordingly. If necessary, there will be a shuttle to transport
you from the garage to the venue.
Entrance and Seating
 All seating is reserved by section. You will not be able to save
seats for your party. To ensure that your party will sit together
please plan to arrive and enter together. There will be ushers to
direct you to your section.
 To ensure a smooth entrance into the venue be sure to bring
your printed receipt and arrive with all guests that were
designated with your ticket purchase. Entrance will be granted
with a valid identification card at the box office.
 Physical tickets may be picked up prior to the concert by
visiting Hannah Hall Room 210. Bring your printed copy or
identification card to do so.
Additional Information: Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Refreshments and a cash bar will be available. There will be a
reception and autograph signing following the concert.
