TERMS:
We accept Company Check, Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your product payment. Any checks that are returned to J & F Commercial Products, for what ever reason, the issuing party will
be charged a $25.00 fee.
NET 30 AFTER CREDIT APPROVAL:
The net amount of the invoice is payable within 30 days following date of invoice. Delinquent accounts are
subject to a service charge of 1-1/2 % per month on the unpaid balance until paid. If it becomes necessary to
file suit for collection of account, all costs shall be paid by the buyer.
WARRANTY:
All statements, technical information and recommendations about our supplied products are based upon tests
believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for its own purpose.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
A return authorization is required by J & F Commercial Products before any credit is given on all material.
There will be a restocking fee of 20% of the product being returned. No returns will be granted on material
after 14 days of receipt, or on specially order products or services. Any material being returned, must be in
good conditions for resale.
DELIVERY POLICY:
J & F Commercial Products has a regional delivery service on specified days. All orders exceeding $100.00
will be delivered free of charge. Orders below $100.00 are subject to a $5.00 service fee. At no time can a delivery be guaranteed at any specific time of the day.
CUTTING POLICY:
J & F Commercial Products has capabilities of cutting material. Material is subject to cutting fee according to
the desired cutting.

Flexible changeable letters are printed letters on thin flexible 30 mil plastic. Includes an assorted variety of letters, numbers, and punctuation. Set
provides more of the vowels and primary consonants than the lesser used
alphabet. The letter fits into the grooved tracking, please double check
your letter imprint, plastic height, and thickness. Individual letters are not
sold separately, kits only.
