We are legally responsible for the accuracy of the contract and compliance with it. In T-Point we have confirmed the agreements we made with you regarding the duration and content of the employment contract that we have agreed. We trust that we have presented the agreements we made with you correctly and completely. Do you think there is any mistake? If so, please let us know within five calendar days. You can use the button ‘Niet akkoord’ (‘Not agreed’) when confirming the employment contract in T-Point. If you do not respond within five calendar days, we will assume that you are in agreement and the contents of the employment contract will be confirmed. Attractive arrangements IMPORTANT INFORMATION When you start working for Tempo-Team Payrolling, it is important to read the following information carefully. 4 Tempo-Team offers its employees a wide range of optional financial arrangements, e.g. several types of discounted Zilveren Kruis Achmea insurance, such as car insurance, home-andcontents insurance, travel insurance and survivor benefits, all on attractive terms. You will not pay any joining fees, and you will benefit from quick and easy claim settlement. And since you work for Tempo-Team Payrolling, you will receive a further discount, over and above the low premiums! 5 Health insurance As a Tempo-Team Payrolling employee, you can take out health insurance through us, thus benefiting from an attractive discount on both your basic cover and any additional cover you may wish to take out. Zilveren Kruis Achmea Zilveren Kruis Achmea offers Tempo-Team Payrolling employees a 10% discount on their basic health insurance premiums, as well as a 15% discount on additional health insurance premiums. In order to benefit from this special arrangement between Tempo-Team and Zilveren Kruis Achmea, please apply for a policy at www.zk.nl/ randstad, and enter the following employer number: 207044827 (Tempo-Team Group temporary workers). 6 WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE ILL YOUR WAGES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT Sick employees have duties as well as rights. Please read on to find out how to report absence due to sickness. You also need to report the end of your absence once you are well again. You yourself are responsible for discussing your wages, terms and conditions for employment and leave with the company that has hired you. Tempo-Team Payrolling will verify that the resulting agreements are legal within the context of the relevant collective labour agreement. Questions regarding the nature of your work (e.g. schedules) should also be addressed to the company you work for. Tempo-Team Payrolling takes care of the administrative side of things. To this end, we use a digital portal called T-Point, where you will find a staff manual, the collective labour agreement, conditions of entering employment, relevant to your situation, your payment slips, confirmations and your annual payment summaries. You will also use T-Point to enter your personal details (although your company may choose to do this for you) and how much annual leave you have accrued. • Need to call in sick? Please contact your manager at least 30 minutes before you are due to start work. Then register yourself as sick in T-Point before 10:00 a.m. You do this by clicking on the ‘Gezondheidszaken’ tab in your T-Point account. You then click on ‘nieuwe ziekmelding’. Your sickness absence registration will automatically be sent to Health@Work, the Tempo-Team department which monitors employee absence. On your first day of absence, you will receive a phone call from Health@ Work. We hope to be able to support you through this phone call so that you can return to your work in good health and in a responsible manner. Please note: it is vital that we can get in touch with you! • Once you are well again, please update T-Point and let your manager (or his deputy or the HR department) know when you will return to work. If you are well again on a day off, please report this immediately, and not just when you return to work. • If you are unfit for work for an extended period of time, incapacity and accident regulations come into effect. You can find these regulations in your employee manual. Your wage payments may be discontinued if you fail to comply with these regulations. What to do in the event of involuntary unemployment You may find yourself in a situation where your employment contract has expired and has not been extended. If you are unemployed through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a temporary income, as laid down in the Dutch Unemployment Act (WW). The amount and duration of your benefit payments will depend on your mean salary in the previous year and on how long you were gainfully employed before you became unemployed. In order to become eligible for unemployment benefits, be sure to lodge an application with UWV WERK on the first work day after you have become unemployed at the latest. UWV WERK will issue a (provisional) decision on your application within eight weeks. For more information on the amount and duration of the unemployment benefits you are likely to receive, please visit www.uwv.nl and www.werk.nl. 7 PENSION Your pension, allowing you to live comfortably after retirement Our pension fund offers two pension schemes: the Basic Scheme for Stage-A employees and the Plus Scheme for Stage-B/C employees. If you are over 21 and have worked for Tempo-Team for over 26 weeks, you are entitled to pension payments. You will then be asked to join the Basic Scheme. If you are a Stage-B or Stage-C employee, you will be asked to join the Plus Scheme. Joining a pension scheme is mandatory under the collective labour agreement for temporary workers. If you are employed by Tempo-Team Payrolling (VPO terms and conditions for employment), you will join the Plus Scheme after two months rather than 26 weeks. Which pension fund am I with? You will be with Flexsecurity Pensions, whose services are managed by AZL. Tempo-Team Payrolling will enrol you into the Flexsecurity scheme on your behalf. You will then receive an enrolment confirmation from Flexsecurity, as well as the pension regulations and the fund’s articles of association. Once a year Flexsecurity will send you an overview of the entitlements you have accrued. For more information, please check out www.flexsecuritypensioen.nl. However, if you come under the Plus Scheme, you will pay a portion of your premium, as will Tempo-Team. You will pay premiums on your pensionable income. These premiums will be automatically withheld from your wages. You are expected to pay 11.7% of your total wages into a pension scheme. Tempo-Team will pay two thirds of this amount; the remaining one third will be withheld from your wages. Your weekly premium depends on the number of hours you work each week. If you only work a few days a week, you will not accrue any entitlements on the days you are not working. Pension Premiums 9 T-Point allows you to easily... CLAIMING YOUR HOURS You can claim your hours online through our T-Point administration system. Once your employer has enrolled you, Tempo-Team will send you a T-Point activation e-mail, allowing you to create a personal account, which serves as an electronic timesheet. 1 2 3 You can claim your hours through T-Point anywhere and anytime, as long as you have access to the Internet. Your electronic timesheet will be forwarded to your manager, after which it will be processed automatically. Be sure to keep a good record of your hours, and to enter your hours into T-Point regularly. 4 5 6 If your employer enters your hours for you, or if you work the same number of hours every week, you will not have to do a thing; your hours will be logged automatically. Getting paid Tempo-Team Payrolling guarantees fast and accurate payment of your wages. If your hours vary from week to week, you will get paid every week. If you work the same number of hours every week, you will get paid once every four weeks or once a month, depending on what arrangements you have made with your employer. 7 Efficient 1 Manage your personal details. It is important to keep your personal details up to date. Record your hours. Enter the number of hours you have worked quickly and easily. 2 Documentation.
