JJ WICKER, located in Ontario, California, has been established
as the exclusive marketing and wholesale distribution arm in North
America of our China manufacturing plant, Zhejiang Linhai Xinghe
Arts & Crafts Company, Ltd. located in Linhai – just south of Shanghai,
China.
As a dedicated wicker furniture manufacturer in China, Xinghe Arts
& Crafts Company has invested heavily in R & D, owns advanced
technology and has over ten years fabrication and exporting
experience. The Company is debt-free, owns its manufacturing
plants and equipment and employs over 500 full-time personnel.

durable than wicker made from rattan,

CUSTOM & CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
Since JJ Wicker is the manufacturer, we can custom design for you
any color and weave you may desire. If you require a custom color
Sunbrella® fabric, just give us a call. If you are looking for commercial
outdoor furniture for restaurants, bars and other businesses, then
you’ve come to the right place. Our furniture sets can help transform
any outdoor seating area into an inviting and relaxing environment.

Our collections are available all year-round. If you start with a wicker

JJ WICKER DEALER-STOCKING PROGRAM Our dealer-stocking
program is designed for the specialty retailer with the advantages
of being able to order and receive multiple units on single purchase
orders. Choose your inventory from our domestically warehoused
line of exclusively designed patio furniture. Place your orders with
our sales department and have products shipped to your warehouse
or showroom. We ship our stocking dealer within two business days
upon receipt of purchase order. We offer our stocking dealers priority
to our warehoused inventory, the most competitive discount structure
available plus periodic promotional offers.

DEALER PROGRAM
DROPSHIP DEALER PROGRAM Our dropship dealer program is a
non-inventory program designed for retailers with limited inventory
space and for specialty e-commerce retailers. Choose your product
selections from our domestically warehoused line of exclusively
designed patio furniture. You place individual orders with our sales
department and have products directly
shipped to your customer. We ship via
common carrier – residential curb-side
delivery service within three business
days of receiving the order. This allows you
to offer your customers a broader selection
of outdoor furniture without tying up any
additional working capital.

wish to add a flair to their patio, deck or poolside lounge area. Resin
wicker is woven from polyethylene resin fibers and, unlike traditional
wicker, will not chip, crack, mold, rot or splinter. Resin wicker is
also easy to clean and should never require repainting. Still, it is
not indestructible. Proper care and attention can protect your resin
wicker furniture and ensures years of stylish comfort.
Keep your wicker resin furniture free of debris, dirt, and leaves. Soggy
leaves can slowly deteriorate virtually any surface over time. Vacuum the
chairs regularly being careful to remove dirt from corners and crevices.
Regularly wipe the furniture with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
Although you can literally hose down your resin wicker furniture, it is
better not to saturate the resin. If the furniture is dirty or stained, clean
it with a mixture of water and mild dish soap and then wipe them dry.
PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY
Keep your resin wicker furniture out of the path of doors, bicycles,
grills, cars and other heavy objects. Resin is a form of plastic
and can succumb to dents and deformation. Store your resin
wicker furniture in a safe place during storms or high winds;
heavy wind gusts can pick up, toss and dent lightweight furniture.
Keep away from grills and outdoor heaters, as resin can melt.
Although resin wicker furniture is largely weather resistant, it is best
to store them in a garage or shed rather than leave them exposed
to the elements for prolonged periods of time. Waterproof furniture
covers are recommended during extended periods of non-use.
CUSHION FABRIC CARE
Sunbrella® fabrics should be cleaned regularly. Refer to the official
Sunbrella web site for fabric care instructions.
General utdoor Cushion Cleaning: Brush off any loose dirt. Prepare
a cleaning solution of 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild soap per gallon of
lukewarm water (less than 100F/38C).Use a sponge or soft bristle
brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into fabric. Rinse
thoroughly with clean water. Allow fabric to air dry.

Aluminum Frame - consumer grade - Limited Warranty:
Resin wicker furniture manufactured with a consumer grade aluminum
frame (the “Product”) sold by JJ Wicker is subject to the following
limited warranties:
JJ WICKER FRAMES & FINISHES
Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of three (3) years. Damage to frames or
welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing
temperatures are not covered under this limited warranty. (Therefore,
you should not allow water to accumulate inside frames.)
The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a
period of three (3) years provided the Product has not been scratched
or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear
on the finish are not covered under this limited warranty. Fading or
discoloration of the finish as a result of exposure to sunlight or other
natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals is not covered under
this limited warranty.
JJ WICKER CUSHIONS
Cushions are warranted for a period of one (1) year against separation
at the seams only. Fading or discoloration of the cushions resulting
from exposure to sunlight or other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids
or chemicals is not covered under this limited warranty.
STRAP SUSPENSION SEATING
Strap suspension seating is warranted for a period of three (3) years
against separation, tearing or a loss of elasticity; provided, however,
that only the suspension seat itself will be replaced under the terms
of this limited warranty, not the entire frame. Fading or discoloration
of the strap suspension seating resulting from exposure to sunlight or
other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals is not covered
under this limited warranty.

RESIN WICKER
Straps and/or wicker weave are warranted for a period of three (3)
years against separation, cracking or tearing. Fading or discoloration
of the straps and/or wicker weave resulting from exposure to sunlight
or other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals is not covered
under this limited warranty. In addition, resin wicker that is cut or
sliced by the customer during or after un-packaging is not covered
under this limited warranty.
UMBRELLA
Umbrella frames are warranted for a period of one (1) year against
manufacturers’ defects only. Umbrella bases (if applicable) are not
covered under this limited warranty. Damage to the umbrella frames
from sunlight, wind or other natural element is not covered under this
limited warranty.
PRODCUT CARE & WARRANTY
TRANSIT
JJ Wicker will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges
within the North American continent for the first year for all valid
warranty claims. After the first year, shipping and handling charges
are the responsibility of the claimant. We do not ship outside of the
North American continent.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following are not covered under the limited warranties set forth
above: Products used for commercial, contract or any other nonresidential purposes; Products which are clearance items, display
models otherwise purchased on an “as is” basis; damage to the
Product incurred during shipping; Products damaged by acts of
nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance,
or improper assembly; fading or discoloration of the Product or
any of its components resulting from exposure to sunlight or other
natural elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals; table top against
breakage; hardware against corrosion or rusting; buckling or splitting
of tubing resulting from exposure to water and freezing temperatures;
purchased or replacement parts; plastics. Also excluded: loss of
use or time, inconvenience, money, travel, packaging or any other

consequential or incidental damages. In no event shall JJ Wicker’s
responsibility under this limited warranty exceed the value of the
replacement Product.
The limited warranties set forth herein is only made in favor of the
original purchaser of the Product and only if the Product is purchased
from one of our authorized retailers. The limited warranties with respect
to the Product set forth herein are not transferable. All warranty claims
must be submitted with a dated register receipt within the warranty
period, directly to the authorized retailer where the merchandise
was purchased. JJ Wicker does not administrate warranty claims
directly with the original purchaser. For quality control purposes and
verification, JJ Wicker reserves the right to request photographs of
the damaged item(s).
If a product manufactured by JJ Wicker falls under the terms of our
limited warranty set forth above, JJ Wicker will replace the item at no
charge. Where the exact Product is no longer available, JJ Wicker
reserves the right to substitute a similar item.
JJ WICKER MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH ABOVE. UNDER
NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JJ WICKER BE LIABLE FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, DAMAGES OR
EXPENSES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE
SALE, HANDLING OR USE OF ITS PRODUCT.
THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
