Pool Parties
-
The Birthday Party Room for 1.5 hours, inlcudes microwave and mini fridge;
One Birthday Party Leader who will be able to assist with your party;
The BP Leader may be able to assist with games if needed;
Your Birthday Party Room will be decorated, and the BP leader will assist with clean up;
15 Wristbands for access to the Pool before or after your Party Reservation;
Note: a maximum of 20 people are allowed in the BP Room (includes children & adults combined);
Children under 3 years of age have free admission to the pool;
Pool Party Rules
- The BP Leader will not be available when the party is in the pool;
- Children under 8 years of age, MUST BE SUPERVISED IN THE POOL by a parent or guardian 16 years & over;
- The ratio for parties is 1 parent to 5 children under 8 years of age;
Will Loopy the Dragon and the Zoom Extreme Slide be available ?
- Loopy is for 12 years & under - Extreme Zoom Slide for 8 years & over - Strict Adherence is maintained;
Can I book my party online ?
- Yes, Pool Parties can be booked online by going to www.vancouverparks.ca. then to the Swimming Pools Site and click on the
Register Online Button and select Location and then Hillcrest Aquatic Centre Pool;
Do I get a room with a Skate Party ?
- No, skate parties are held during Public Skate Sessions and if parents wish to hire a room in the community centre before or
after skating, they will need to contact the Community Centre. Room Hire is separate to the skate session;
What is the payment and refund policy ?
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking;
- Cancellations require 72 hours notice for Pool Parties and 14 Days Notice for Gym Parties, and are subject to a $10.00 admin fee;
- Refunds will not be issued to party cancellations of less that the required notice for Pool or Gym Parties;
Do I contact the Centre for my party catering ?
- Hillcrest Centre is not able to accept catering orders or payment for catering;
