A revolution in outdoor cooking with 2 independent cooking areas that allow for a variety of interchangeable cooking
surfaces to be used; 2 at a time. Both cooking sides have an independent dome which is double skinned, insulated with nonstick coating on the inside of the dome to assist cleaning. Each dome includes a thermometer.

Skottel/Teppanyaki: Made from high grade stainless steel and
aluminium TriPly material – the stainless steel for wear and
cleaning, and the aluminium for excellent heat distribution.
Use the Skottel for stir fries, eggs and bacon, prawns,

The two fixed side tables of the BraaiMaxx leave plenty of room for food preparation. All the various tops are stored
under the unit in the storage cabinet. The gas cylinder (not included) is also stored away and tidy.
Cleaning the BBQ burner box is now also made easy with an easy to clean construction. During cleaning and washing,
the water drains to the back of the fire box and then into a drainage bucket at the back.

All Meridians in the range have the following:
• A break-through in BBQ hygiene with easy wash and clean system. Due to smooth-walled porcelain enamelled
construction of the fire box and drainage channels flowing to a drip cup outside the BBQ, the BBQ can be thoroughly
cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent and water, eliminating residue build-up. This prevents unhygienic, unsightly
and dirty interiors of BBQs.
• When the inside of the BBQ is wiped, there are no sharp edges that may cut hands.
• All stainless steel domes, side table and fascias are made of rust-free stainless steel.
• All doors are double-skinned and rigid.
• The modular grid size is 26.5cm x 48cm.
• Modular grid and accessory system allows grids to be removed and any Meridian accessory to be dropped in.
• All burners are high grade 304 stainless steel with piezo ignition.
• U-shaped cooking grids trap the heat ensuring even heat and quick heat-up.
• Each burner has a heat output of 3,2kW (10920 BTU).

MERIDIAN RANGE
BRAAI IN STYLE
The new Meridian Range has now been adapted for “independent / free standing” installation – anywhere outside. All you
need to do is to place it on top of any surface that is not made of wood or plastic and connect the gas supply hose. This runs
from a gas cylinder. The gas supply can also be connected to piped-in city gas using the jets applicable for the specific gas.

A simple, practical, easy-to-clean barbecue with sturdy anodized fixed aluminium legs and a rust-proof enamelled steel body.
All enamelled edges are curled over to prevent rust forming on sharp edges. The Charcoal Mate has dual air vents on the dome
for better indirect cooking and stay-cool thermoplastic handles on the bowl and lid. The central air intake vent gives an even
charcoal burn and no ash falls out of the bowl. The ash is easily removed by lifting and tipping the BBQ bowl upside down.
An added feature is the convenient hook-on lid which acts as a windshield.This affordable barbecue has ample cooking space

The CADAC Leisure Chef is the 57cm addition to the popular CADAC Chef Range of portable barbecues with interchangeable
tops. With 50% more cooking area than the Carri Chef, it is the ideal alternative to a charcoal kettle BBQ with lots more
options. It has a half pressed grid, coated in porcelain enamel and a half reversible griddle with a ribbed and a flat side. This
is non-stick coated for easy cleaning and for a choice of meal preparations from breakfasts to grilling, frying and indirect
cooking. Also included is the famous CADAC skottel. Additional surfaces can be bought as optional accessories to make
a combination of cooking surfaces. The Leisure Chef features push-button piezo ignition and works off a refillable LP gas
cylinder (not included) which is housed neatly in the centre of the condiment tray at the base of the unit. The removable fat
pan and drip cup for excess fat, helps to keep the BBQ clean and hygienic. The lid can also be hooked onto the side legs of
the BBQ to act as a windshield and splash back.

The Deluxe includes five interchangeable cooking surfaces which are: the
reversible non-stick flat griddle and ribbed griddle, the Skottel top, pressed

cooking. Easy-light piezo ignition. Using the convenient individual bags and
weighing only 17kg, it is light enough to be taken anywhere. In addition, it
has a versatile plastic condiment tray with a central holder to house a 500g
threaded gas cartridge. Included is a free full-colour recipe book. The BBQ
is easy to assemble and is the ideal cooking companion for caravanning,
picnicking, sports events or patio entertaining.

regulator (not included). The Skottel Braai comes complete with a light-weight tripod designed for stability. For easy storage

The Travel Chef provides aesthetics, functionality and portability all-in-one. This lightweight gas BBQ has three
interchangeable cooking surfaces: reversible flat griddle plate and ribbed griddle plate, pressed BBQ grid. Indirect cooking
(BBQ Kettle) is achieved by using the lid and BBQ together. The Travel Chef works off a CADAC 500g threaded cartridge or

FIRE UP
The Fire Up is a convenient gas fire starter which works in conjunction with a CADAC 500g threaded or CADAC 190g pierceable
gas cartridge with Travel Pak (not included). The Fire Up fits underneath the CADAC Charcoal Pro kettle BBQ in place of the
stainless steel ash collector and gets you cooking in under 15 minutes. Once the coals are ready to cook on, the Fire Up is
replaced by the ash collector.

temperatures of 500ºC and can be used in electrical
ovens, charcoal kettles and gas BBQs (but not in
gas ovens), to bake pita bread, a traditional pizza,
focaccia etc. It fits the standard module of the CADAC

The teflon coated non-stick reversible ribbed and flat griddle
plate is an accessory for the CADAC Meridian range. The
flat plate is ideal for cooking fish, breakfasts and pancakes
and the ribbed plate is ideal for grilling meat, fish, chicken
and vegetables. It fits the standard module of the CADAC
Entertainer and Meridian Range grids
(265mmx 480mm).

CHARCOAL grid for 57cm kettle BBQs
This replacement charcoal grid for 57cm kettle BBQs has a
sturdy construction and is nickel-plated for corrosion resistance.
It fits the CADAC 57cm Charcoal Pro and most other standard
57cm kettle BBQs.

teflon coating inside and has stainless steel handles. The
hard anodized exterior gives tough scratch resistance and

griddle plate for one half of the CADAC Leisure Chef. The
flat plate is ideal for cooking fish, breakfasts and pancakes
and the ribbed plate is ideal for grilling meat, fish, chicken
and vegetables. For the other half of the Leisure Chef there
is a non-stick half-round pressed grill plate which is ideal
for traditional barbecues. With these 2 additional half-round
grills, the Leisure Chef provides 6 cooking alternatives.

The 47cm lightweight but thick aluminium non-stick Teflon
(US Du Pont®) pan is easy to use and clean. It features
stainless steel handles for easy handling. The large cooking
area is ideal for preparing risottos, paellas, pasta dishes,
breakfasts and other meals that cater for large groups
of people. For use on the CADAC Carri Chef, Eazi Chef,
Handi Chef or any other gas or electric hob. The underside

PORTABLE WATER HEATER
CELSIUS
Enjoy instant hot water anywhere. The Celsius is an energy efficient, gas-powered water heater, which can be adapted for
a shower. By connecting the water and gas inlet to one end, turning on the water and the gas, then hot water flows out the
other end. For safety, the gas shuts off when the water flow stops. The unit can heat five litres of water per minute up to
a maximum of 45°C, depending on the water inlet temperature and water flow. The Celsius is fitted with a piezo ignition
and works from a refillable LP gas cylinder (not included), with hose and regulator (included) which connects directly to a
CADAC LPG Cylinder. Easily connects to any standard ¾” water tap using a standard garden hose adaptor (not included).
The lightweight heater, at a weight of approximately 5kg, with convenient carry handle, make portability easy and is great to
supply hot water for camping, boating, outdoor showers, washing dishes, cleaning your BBQ, washing pets and during power
cuts. The Celsius is a instant hot water supply or shower, anywhere, anytime.
