Currently, ILS has 10 of 12 staffs involved in SLEP Project. Long time consuming to find the status and related letter subsequent to the deliverables because the data is kept in individuals’ personal computers. It becomes troublesome when data cannot be access when the person in charge is on Emergency Leave / Medical Leave. Problem occurs when there are meetings to be attended and reports to be submitted. 26 Documents, Training, Spare and Special Tools Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Spare & Special Tools (S&TE) Operational Sequence Procedure (OSP) Training Technical Manual (TM) Documents (Rigging Warrant, Ship Information Book, Damage Control Plan, Sketch Book, Use Study) 27 Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Operational Sequence Procedure (OSP) Technical Manual (TM) Documentation (Rigging Warrant, Training, Ship Information Book, Damage Control Plan, Sketch Book) 28 29 SPARE • Replacement Part to support ships operation. Central DATABASE 47 48 49 Two PIC will be fully responsible to update database. The information in database will be printed monthly and keep in the file as a record. 50 After a month the database has been practiced, there is few things were added to enhance the information inside such as; No Before After (Improvement) 1 No conclusion of data, have to check every time the summary needed Create summary table on status which will generate automatically upon data updating 2 Only have normal data. If required more information regarding the document, the personnel have to check details in main file Add in link of reference letter 3 2 PIC will be fully responsible to update database. All ILS staff need to send information to PIC for updating database 4 The database was not protected, anyone can interfere / change the data easily Protected using password 51 Click the Summary to check the Summary for all deliverables 52 Check the date of letter and click the date if want to check the letter Check the status for ILS Deliverables 53 54 Start Start End End 55 56 Status sehingga 16/11/12 No Status 1 Jumlah keseluruhan 2 Dimajukan ke Tim projek SLEP, (FINAL) a.
