Debung it at the Cummington Fair, it was an immediate hit and led to several other autumn fesvals. In May, Smoky Bro's BBQ officially opened as a roadside stand on the historic Mohawk Trail in Shelburne, MA, serving up authenc smoked meats (using local apple wood, oak, and maple) and delicious homemade sides. Run by Bro and his wife Sunshine (they met at a barbecue) the stand is open through the end of October but will be available for catering in the off-season before reopening next Spring.
