On playing the fullback position:
“The best position in the world—
you get to run, catch and block,
you do everything a football player
dreams of.”
—Henry Hynoski, Aug. 10, 2011
THE NEW YORK TIMES
Professional philosophy:
“I think for a fullback, I bring a level
of physicality and athleticism with
it and that’s going to enable me to
be moved around more so like a
tight end than a traditional fullback.”

“Hynoski did a good job up
inside blocking. He did get
involved in the perimeter blocking on the long touchdown run,
so he probably had more plays
than he has had in a couple,
three weeks, and it resulted in
some good productions”
—Tom Coughlin, Dec. 9, 2014

“Hynoski is one of the best lead
blockers in the NFL. By getting
lower than his opponent, he is
able to take on bigger defenders
and move them out of running
lanes. He also excels at getting
to the next level to engage with
linebackers, creating even more
room for his teammates with the
ball.”
—USA All-Fundamental Team
Annoucement 2012
“He’s a tough guy. He’s got a role
to play (and)... does it very well.”
—Tom Coughlin, Aug. 6, 2012
“In terms of his individual play,
he’s been terrific. He blocks very
well. When we’ve given him the
ball a few times … he’s always
come through for us.”
—Offensive Coordinator
Kevin Gilbride, Oct. 25, 2012
“He’s a guy who wants to make
sure he’s got everything down
and he doesn’t want to make a
mental mistake.”
—Eli Manning, Nov. 14, 2012
