We ask for your cooperation and request you abide by the following guidelines designed to assist you. BY CAR Westpoint is on the A3052, one mile from junction 30 of the M5. Sat Nav postcode: EX5 1DJ. Westpoint is signposted from the slip road off the M5. DO’S Do keep your ticket with you at all times. Do be in your seat by the start of the show. Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities. Do bring waterproof clothing. Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you. Do look out for official vendors and concession stalls. Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the venue offering inferior goods. Do tune in to local radio stations for the latest travel updates. DON’TS Do not bring food or drink of any sort into the venue. There will be security checks in place and items may be confiscated if necessary. Do not arrive with any form of audio or visual recording equipment. Do not put up umbrellas during the concert performance. Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle. ACCESS Access to the venue will commence at 4.00pm. Please enter by the gates indicated by signage and stewards. From here follow the signage around the venue to find the area, block, row and seat indicated on your ticket. YOUR SEATS This is an outdoor concert. The seating in blocks AA, BB, CC and DD are flat floor, not raised. Seats within the venue are all uncovered. The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions. Please note that there will not be a left luggage or cloakroom facility at the venue. ON ARRIVAL The concert will commence at approx 6.00pm and finish prior to 10.00pm. Please allow plenty of time for your journey and for parking and transfer, as well as getting to your seat. REFRESHMENTS A range of food and refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue. Payment is by cash only. Cash machines are available for use on site. NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING EQUIPMENT Please do not bring audio/ visual recording equipment, as these will not be permitted within the venue. EVENT DAY PARKING Car parking is open from 3pm and is accessed via the main gate off the A3052. Car parking passes are £5 in advance (subject to booking fee). Car parking passes will be available on the day and priced at £10. CASH ONLY. We recommend car parking is booked in advance. Car parking can be purchased through Ticket Zone on 08444 99 99 55 or your ticketing agent up until 2 weeks prior to the concert. The car parks are on grass and are a short walk to the arena. Please follow the directions given by signs and the traffic marshals which will direct you to the appropriate car parks and drop off and pick up points. PARKING FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY If you require parking for people with limited mobility and special needs please call Ticket Zone on 08444 99 99 55. This must be booked in advance. Disabled car parking is on hard standing. Please follow the signs and traffic marshals to this area. DROP OFF/PICK UP POINT These will be clearly marked on the roadways. Please follow the signage. AFTER THE CONCERT It will take time to exit cars from site after the concert. Please be patient and follow the traffic marshals and signs. The catering facilities will remain open after the concert for your convenience. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The nearest train station is Exeter St David’s and is a short taxi ride away from Westpoint Exeter. Please make sure you check train times and allow ample time to travel to and from Westpoint. Although it is possible to travel by train, it is strongly recommended that you arrive by car as the concert is on a Sunday and the railway network will operate a Sunday service. Please check times with the rail providers before you travel at www.nationalrailenquiries.co.uk FIRST AID First Aid points are situated within the venue and are clearly signposted. Any steward will be pleased to direct you. WARNING: Exposure to loud music can cause injury to your hearing. People around you may stand.
